Hi All,

We at Belle Rock Gaming would like to apologize for the temporary drop in service levels some of our players have experienced recently. Unprecedented response to Belle Rock Gaming's 1st Birthday promotions and a newly released television advertisement has resulted in delayed response times in our Customer Service Centre. To restore our service to the levels of excellence our players are used to, we have gone on an extensive recruitment drive and have fast tracked the new recruits' training to ensure that they will be able to be of service to our players by no later than the end of this month. We have also put additional interim measures in place and aim to have service levels back to normal as soon as possible.

We would like to thank all Belle Rock Gaming players for their continued enthusiastic support and understanding.

I really really really really really hope that other casinos see this and realize3 that this is what people want. When things happen, especially bad things, people would like to know why. Kudos and bravo to Belle Rock.
