Opened acc with riverbelle casino march 2006,they had a pretty generous bonus incentive on at time(forget exacy bonus)anyway i can remember being passed from pillar to post when amount was not credited and was told it will be manually credited,which it was after numerous calls and 3 days wait.
A nyway decided to give them another try today,deposited 75 and entered monthly bonus code(whic is still there on site to claim)got email shortly afterwards stating bonus ended on 31st dec,phoned customer services and asked why bonus was still on website,the guy said he will pass my details to be manually credited and i will need to wait 3 days,at this point memories of my last experience came flooding back and i said no thanks explained to him situation and have requested return of my 75 back to neteller.
Considering this is one of the biggest casino groups around the customer services and bonus structures are really bad unacceptable,anyone else experienced these problems with belle rock??
Search the forum on Belle Rock... plenty of people experienced similar - and worse... Virtually non-existant customer service is par for the course for Belle Rock...
Wow, yet another complaint re: Belle Rock's non-existent customer support. Shocking!!! :rolleyes:
