This is in my view the best and fairest online casino and poker portal, watchdog, forum and information site in the business. That's a personal view after some years as a member here which in my experience is also held by many others on both sides of the player - casino divide.

I agree. Not only is CM the best casino watchdog site, it's - to my knowledge - the only one. This is about the only place a player can come and hope to get a fair resolution to a dispute with a casino.

Unfortunately, whenever money's involved, fairness comes under attack.

In the absence of anything new being presented in this thread, I am now going to take my own advice and move on.

I'm surprised you thought nothing I said was new. Of course, it's up to you whether or not to move on.

Autumn, I just have to ask...!

I realize this is probably a sore subject with you, but as a player that regularly plays at Bella, and the other GP casinos....WHAT DID YOU PLAY THAT YOU WON $20k ON???? Can you share?:)

I see Grand Prive Group of casinos still hold the eCOGRA seal including Bellavegas

Are the people at eCOGRA still trustworthy ? or actually is still eCOGRA considered a honest mediator ?

I was in email contact with them over the matter, and Andrew Da Boss outlined his stance to me, which I posted here at his behest - and for which I took another dose of flack. See this post:

Haven't we had enough of this? This whole issue had nothing to do with eCOGRA - it was the stance and the lack of due diligence of the casino, and the post activities that the casino group failed to undertake.

I think enough is enough. Let's put this thread to rest. The people at eCOGRA are certainly trustworthy - to imply otherwise is way out of line.
