Non-Bonus Complaint Begado are wasting my time

Ok guys, i have a problem with www.begado.eu for a month now.

I was playing in their casino for a while.At 21 June i decided to make a withdraw.They contacted me asking to verify my account with the usual docs: passport ID, pictures of the card i used to deposit and address verification.At 23 June(Tuesday) I sent them all the docs they needed to verify my account to [email protected] .I also read in their FAQ that they need up to 4 days to process the documents.

After a week with no message from them i decided to contact with their live support.It was 30 June(Tuesday).So they connected me with Angela from their 24/7 support.I asked her what is happening with my account verification.She answered that she has no information from the verification department and why are they not contacting me back.So she proposed to send my verification docs personally.So i resend my docs to her email [email protected], she said that the email has arrived and she promised that my docs will reach the proper department.

4 days later(3 July - Friday) with no message from them i contacted their live support again.This time i was connected to Lewis.I explained him my whose situation, that since 23 june i am sending my docs twice to them and they are not contacting me back.He looked though my case and appologized from the name of their department and angela.After that he proposed me to send him again(for third time) my docs, this time to him and he assured me that in a few days their department will reach me.I was already pretty pissed but still... i sent him my docs to [email protected] .He checked my documents and said that everything looks fine with my docs.

3 days later(6 July - Monday) i finally received email from [email protected] .He wanted from me to send him better picture of my address verification doc where he can find these three things: my name, my address and the firm signature/mark .So i get pretty angry and send him the same pictures but clearer and explaining where he can see al the three things he wanted.

4 days later(10 July - Friday) i received answer from [email protected] wanted to send him other document for my address verification.They rejected this one.So i was pretty confused at the moment but i pretty much realized that i cant do much but send him other doc for verification.So at 13 July(Monday) i sent him other document from 4 different angels with great quality and also hint.jpg where i marked with paint my name, address and firm signature/mark .

7 days later(20 July - Monday) with no message from Ben i contacted their live support again.And guess what.... they wanted from me to resend my address document, this time to [email protected] ... so i was already pretty much laughing and realizing that begado are just avoiding my verification and paying.Still i resend my docs to [email protected] and now i am waiting again...

So this is pretty much my case.

Yeah that sounds exactly like that casino group. They are rogue and their is no rep here, so not a whole heck of a lot CM can do,

The only advice I can give you is keep bugging them and stay calm when communicating.

How in the world did you make the decision to play at this place?

This is only first stage your mess with them. If you withdrawal amount is big - Next they probably pay you one payment ( maximum 500$ ) no more ( even if in cashier is write maximum week payments 2000$ .

Next They can send you message abaout " your acconts was choosen to additional security review and this can take for up to 90 days


This is standard practice in this group - If somone win to big they always make 90 days special security reviev and not pay under 90 days.

In this time a lot players make reserve and lose money. If somone wait all this time then after few emails asking abaout " withdrawal status ) they start paying weekly maximum 500$ .


Same Roqe practive in : Slots Jungle - Casino Titan -Chery Gold - Grand Macao , Jackpot Grand , Begado , Slots of fortune , Winpalace play ,Winpalace

Ruby Royal - Grand Parker - Loco Panda - Onbiling - Classycoins

Their casinos are from Affactive and Revenue Jet . They always was poor quality and make some problem with withdrawal - But few years ago they pay with low limits (max 500$) week after week - Now they change in very roqe place and use a lot unethical bisnnes practive to not pay players ( including this 90 days not paying period to "extra security accont reviev ")

Summary is very hard colect money from them they offered often better bonuses then rest RTG brands but they definitly are not save place to play

Their software and website cannot be openned right now.Another 4 days passed since my email to them.No result.
Thank you guys for clearing the situation.I guess i ve made a mistake playing there...

Hate to be the one to bring the bad news, but I doubt you will see a penny. The owners have been arrested and all operations have ceased, this is why you cannot access their website.

You won't see a penny anymore. They are arrested and closed. And if they were not, you also would not have received a penny as they are rogue as *****
