i had this invitation, and this support attendent:MARCO (very unpleasent)

Just told me that the free 10 $ bonuses promo was ended,although i offered to forward him the offer i received in my Email account.

This guy,Marco did not care at all and just ignored my arguments.

This was a very dissapointing end to what started with an invitation !

I am not sure if I understand what you are saying. Are you warning people to stay away from a casino because they sent you an email for a promotion and then when you spoke to a customer service rep they informed you that the promotion was no longer available? :confused:

Bjorg,

From what you wrote,I do not see the need to raise the warning sign. If the promo has ended,it has ended. If not,you will need to show the casino some evidence of the duration of the promo. If you dont mind,let us see it.

Gee Black21Jack give the guy a break. This is a complaints room & if the poker room is sending out emails with bonuses to get players to deposit cash & then not giving the bonus, i think he has every right to warn us players.

As i also wrote Marco was not interested to receive a copy of this e-mail proof.......

Gee kangamick, give me a break. I do not understand what the complaint is so I am asking for clarification.

--- Dear Bjorg, Where are you from? And have you called again? It may be that they send that invite early in October. Did you deposit any money? Did you have a look at the terms and conditions? Effectively, all promotions and bonuses are at the discretion of the operator anyways. If they don't want to give it to you, they should at least give you a reasonable explanation. Why don't you call again? I sense a bit of aggravations. It won't get you anywhere. Just try and stay calm, state your case and ASK. Just a thought. ---
