Has anyone had any problems recently with Be the Dealer Casino?
I asked for a withdrawal 15 days ago and my withdrawal is still
pending.... Very strange.. They used to pay me in 5 days.. I sent
an email and they haven't given to me an answer yet. They said
they ll search the matter and answer me... No answer yet. I ll wait
for them, I just want to know if there is something strange there...

BeTheDealer slow pay

The same thing happened to me a few days back. I received no definite explanation other than "we will check with finance" to see what is going on. After another email or two I was finally paid. This makes me feel uneasy about playing there.

I am getting very skitish here. I played without a bonus and had a deposit held up for a two and half weeks. If I had not called, I think it mights still be there.

BTD says they are having processing problems with Neteller, but I don't know if I buy this. They gave me that same excuse once before.

This is very disturbing because this is a place I like to park a large deposit for extended play. But right now.... best be careful.

Maybe they can come here and calm our fears, if someone has a contact.

If I were you, I'd take this as a BIG RED flag.

Contact neteller directly and ask them if this is true, don't rely on the honesty of the casino. They may be telling the CSR this is the problem, when its actually something else.
 
They also had stopped paying affiliates a few weeks ago.

However, someone from be the dealer just today made an appearance at CAP and said he would sort it all out.

It appears that they ran into some snafu (???????) but are now going to straighten it out.

It may be true that it is the processor - but it should be moving along now, whatever it was.

As player, if owed money, I would contact them now.
 
They finally paid me today. I received no answer for the delayed payment though... Very strange. At least i got my money. I like them and their software. I hope they will not be proved to be doing bad bussiness....
