Imagine someone took them up on the maximum bonus for 1st deposit - £500, so £1,000 in total, x30 wagering = £30,000...and they get stuck on the 10% wagering games like bonanza, seeing as they're popular go to games, that becomes £300,000 worth of spins they need to do. Maybe they could do £50 spins...it's a joke, an obscene set up for the sane.

I always assumed if games had different wagering contributions percentages the player could hop between them to their heart's content, I know I would have done.

In my experience bonuses are nothing but trouble where the casino can set outrageous rules to keep you from withdrawing your money. I never ever use any bonus.

Bonuses are great if there are almost no game restrictions. Bcasino is just about the shittiest casino I have come across. Even if you start wagering on 100% contribution games, after you have jumped over to any other game with 10% you have to stay on the 10% contribution slots. In other words, they are making it almost impossible for players to clear wagering requirements. They must be confiscating bonuses left and right every single day. These days bonuses have become utterly shit and are not worth it anymore.

Never in my life will I ever play with this group anymore, may it be with or without a bonus. Overall casino's have gone downhill. Even casino's that paid me within minutes or hours a few years ago are now stalling payments. Only a few reputable casino's are still going strong. Most are just shit these days.

Funny I am the one that started this topic. And yet I chose to give bcasino another try with a raw cash deposit. I made a deposit on 17februari and cashed out the same day 401 euro. It is now 21 februari and my withdrawal is still not processed. First it was because of high demand and now it is because of technical issue. Raw cash deposit no bonus nothing. Filed a complaint with MGA and received answers today:

MGA and UKGC both don't usually handle player complaints, it probably would be huge workload for them to process these for all casinos. All casinos have to have named ADR service who player can contact if not satisfied to their decisions.

Think i hardly have heard name of this casino so no idea how responsive and cooperative they are, but best ADR for me would be PAB service here in Casinomeister.

Hope your withdrawal get sorted, good thing is that they seem to agree that you have one instead of denying it with some weird tricks.

Dear gamblers,

Three days ago I made a deposit with this casino using the Monday bonus. Deposited 60 Euro's and kept playing for three days untill I had a balance of 2300+ euro.

I started playing games that contribute 10% to the wager requirements which I don't know but it doesn't matter. In the meantime I went to live chat to ask why the wager never ends because I have been playing for thousands and thousands of dollars in total. He gave me a list to the games that contribute differently to the wager requirements.

I saw that the games I played (megaways Bonanza and some blueprint like genie jackpot) contributed only 10%. Fine I started playing wazdan slots which contribute 100%.

Played all the wager requirements through came to live chat again and thanked the person that gave me the list tho let me know which games I was supposed to play to complete my wager requirements faster.

I uploaded documents and got a phone call which all went fine. Today I received email:

So I contacted live chat and he told me that I jumped from games that contribute 10% to games that contribute 100% to the wager requirements and that this was the reason that my winnings were removed.

2320 euro confiscated.
