Tell them they lie:mad:

This message I received 19th September from a trustworthy casino rep :

I have just come off yet another call with MG about Mega Moolah and this is what I have been able to find out thus far.

The new jackpots are real, thats for sure. The overall gameplay and, critically, the theoretical payout percentage across the whole game have not changed in any way, shape or form. The frequency of hit particularly at the mini and minor level has reduced and hence the value of the jackpot has increased well above the levels that we are all used to!

We are still talking with MG so as to understand if this is a permanent change and most importantly why nobody was informed about it; as soon as I have the definitive answer Ill let you know.

Well, it's now the 30th, and MG are STILL not going to make a formal announcement on this. It looks like this casino had to literally DRAG even this limited response from MG and STILL has to get more out of them.

This is utter bullshite, MG must have known EVERYTHING about this, and for some time before the "patch" was implemented.
Did they really believe there was no need to tell anybody since we wouldn't notice:rolleyes:

The conspiracy theorists are going to have a field day with this revelation. What ELSE are they failing to announce, and are waiting for someone to have the wit (and evidence) to DRAG a statement out of them. We cannot even know for sure whether the game RTP has changed either way as a result of this, we are supposed to take them at their word:rolleyes:

If MG want to be believed, they need to be more open. Give out more detailed figures, and let the mathematicians loose on them (or would that be LOSE on them eh KK:D).

For example, to calculate the proper RTP for Mega Moolah, we need to know the OLD chances of triggering the wheel per credit bet, and the chances within that of winning each of the pots per spin of the weel. We also need the same for the NEW configuration. This can be calculated as an RTP per credit spent, and added to the RTP already known for the base game. IF it comes to 95% or so, all is well, and the changes are "fair" (but it would have been nice to have been told beforehand).

As for RTG not being there, no surprise really:rolleyes:

Was there a rep from Ministering Angel, or even Pamper (who have just spammed me today - BIG mistake nappy boy:mad:).

Well this is the whole problem is it not, openness?
If they wanted to be open they could state the theoretical payout of each slot in the paytable and information on how that result is arrived at also give honest appraisals on how bonus rounds operate.
But they don't so the obvious question has to be why not?

I'll be following up with the MGS folks this week. As for RTG, I didn't see hide or hair of anyone. I spent a little time with one of the operators (Club World), but no one was them from RTG that I'm aware of.

Which is a real shame. They used to have a rather high profile at these events which made it easy to discuss/solve player issues and to get some insight on their company plans
.

Well if RTG is choosing not to participate at these shows and meetings then it sounds like you and or us are going to have to go to the casinos (Clubworld, Inetbet) etc., to get the answers that we deserve as being their loyal customers...they (Clubworld, Inetbet) etc., have chosen to run this software platform...so they can IMO also choose to answer our questions, honestly and without recourse or Spin, I think we as their supporters, customer base and money source deserve an honest answer from them...

It's ok if they have tightened up the RTP on most of their games this year, they have every right to do this as it is their business but in the same regard and respect we as their customers Deserve an honest answer from them on this issue and the 60% of the others here that voted in that RTG Poll who also believe that the payouts have drastically changed this year, I believe would also agree with me on this !!

Unfortunately Rob that is like asking a compulsive liar to be honest about their condition.
While there is no burden of proof we are screwed in that respect.

Hey Bryan

Glad you had an interesting time. Yeah, Montel mentioned it on his show a few times that he was in the service. I think he was one of the first to get a street Hummer too lol. Did you know he has MS? Hes on this huge campaign to get americans prescriptions for free here in the US. Havnt seen his show in years though

Montel's daughter graduated high school with my fiance's daughter. Very nice girl and I've always heard how wonderful he is too. He sat across the aisle from us at her graduation but we never had the chance to chat with him. It was strange seeing him in this podunk town!
