Question Banned from Races but no idea why... Any thoughts?

Hi,
I found out today that one of the casino's i play in regularly has banned me from their races. No reason given or explanation (and i was told it was permanent) but i am still allowed to play on the site just not do their races... any thoughts as to why this might be? It's annoying as I enjoy the races and find it makes the money stretch a little further.

Apologies if this is already covered off or in the wrong forum space - I am a newbie but couldn't see it anywhere else and figured this was the right place.

As soon as i read your post, before you mentioned the casino i thought Rizk.

Definitely seen somebody being banned before who was on CM.

If i recall correctly it ended unsatisfactory for them with no real explanation.

I have found Guts/Rizk group rather inflexible when it comes to stuff like this that I have personally dealt with. That being said, they run two pretty amazing casinos overall, so they continue to see the odd deposit from me. I think I may be in an abusive relationship with that casino group, but I keep going back for more....lol

Have you taken lots of bonuses in your membership with them, also are you in good profit on the casino in general??

I searched as hard as I could but perhaps my boolean search skills leave something to be desired... Will have another hunt!

I would say I'm there dream customer (not to blow my own trumpet) - outside of the stuff i get from the races I had my welcome bonus. but have made regular just cash depositis and am down overall. I was very down but clawed back some over the last 6-8weeks. Irocnically, a little of that from winning a couple of races...

I can assure you that our casino team at Rizk keep an eye on and even restrict players who are trying to play against the rules or abusing the races.

I would say thats what they suspect you of, maybe pm Sebastian and see if he can look into it for you

Thanks for your help- I will reach out as I felt i wasn't doing anything untoward but the only answer i could get was management says no and that's it.

I'm more than happy if someone wants to say i'm banned for a reason - i would like to understand what it is so i can avoid doing it again!

Read posted link and couldn't ever believe how interested somebody could be about some casino operator races
