Banned from Further Cryptologic?

Recently I've been trying to sign up with new cryptologic casinos but I've received error messages like :

Registration Error: 95

and

Internal server error. Please try again in few minutes. Apologize for inconvenience. Error Code: TC.WM.2100

when I try to register. I messaged support about the problem and they told me there was a problem with possibly one of the older cryptologic casinos, I've signed up with. But when I try to register at any other cryptologic, I usually get an error message, albeit not the same message. This leads me to believe I might be banned. I've heard that cryptologic shares information across their databases, so possibly my actions at one casino might have denied me further registration on other cryptologic. Is there any way I can rectified this? or talk to someone who might be able to help? Sometimes the definition of a bonus abuser is beyond me. But if I am banned, then I guess I have to take my business elsewhere. Thoughts?

i think crypto is having widespread technical problems. it would be nice if a rep from a crypto casino would comment on this here. i've experienced many error messages and constant disconnects of late

I have been banned from Playtech - everytime I try to make a deposit with Neteller Im declined.

...and I got a mail from XXLlub stating that I was on a list.

...I have won alot on Playtech over the years.

Yes I had the same sort of issues with Intercasino's Java version last week though I assumed it was my PC.

Hi there

I've contacted our technical team and there have been no reports of any technical issues with Intercasino. Any player who has been identified as a bonus abuser will be banned from receiving bonuses but will still be able to access the casino or poker room.

If Nomouthto Scream contacts our support team, they will be able to tell you if you have been banned from receiving bonuses.

:what:

I'm confused here. NMTS says nothing about Intercasino nor anything about bonuses...it's about trying to register an account at any cryptologic casino...

But this does verify that players aren't banned globally from crypto's...

Hi there

As Intercasino is operating Cryptologic software, I wanted to check our records to see if NMTS was having issues with us.

I'm not sure who to contact, and yeah I make no mention of Intercasino as it's not them that I'm talking about. I have no problems with Intercasino. It's registration with another cryptologic software casinos when I get those error messages. It occurs when I press submit after I entered all my information. I can access the play for fun account, but am unable to register for a real account.

I'm still kinda newish with contacting people. Can someone spoon feed me on the steps involved?

That would be kind of odd, since in their registration page they have you choose your state. And I'm failry sure this casino and the other one allows USA players.

Not neccesarily true. I tried to signup at a casino (not crypto) a few months ago that didn't take US players; and not only did it have the option to choose USA as your country, it proceeded to let you choose your state after choosing USA. As with your experience, it didn't let me finish the signup process either and gave a generic error code.

I forget which casino it was, but they did have a "no usa" picture on their website...which was tucked away at the bottom instead of being displayed right out in the open.

The only other thing I could think of is that other crypto casinos left registry keys behind when (if) you uninstalled them in the past that's messing things up now.

Worse than that.

It's worse than that actually,
Cryptos make more mess than a Teenager, and will never tidy up when they leave!

I have found that they create their OWN temporary folders in the WINDOWS folder, and also many CLSID and TYPLIB registry entries.
Worse, some of these entries will cross reference to the WRONG Crypto files for the casino defined.
I have found examples in my own registry where Intercasino, Littlewoods and even William Hill try to point to each others files, such as help files.
This is asking for trouble, and trouble will happen if the files between different crypto casinos are incompatable. Normally, the files are compatable.

Cleaning out all Cryptos is harder than getting rid of the two Microgaming Keys, and really needs a registry scanning program looking for casino related terms, such as Blackjack etc.

An easier solution might be to install casinos with one of the new breed of install management utilities that monitor every registry change, and can get rid of ALL the mess when something needs to be completely uninstalled.
With XP, I believe that a system restore point can be set, and then a bunch of casinos installed and tested.

If it does turn out that these errors are due to player or region specific bans, then it is poor programming to make the messages so meaningless to the user who is receiving them; and what good is it to "try later" if you are banned. This is the same BS as the "try again" in the MG cashier when Neteller deposits go wrong but get debited from Neteller anyway.
