It's not like I won a huge amount, just £1000 at Hello and £800 at G'day, and I'm pretty sure I've lost plenty deposits with them over the years.

I might have understood, if they were so upset at me makng withdrawals from my last two deposits and decided to bonus-ban me.
But to close all my accounts without any warning, is a bit much.

You'd think they'd want a chance to get their money back.

I bet they'd have been quite happy for me to take as many bonuses as I wanted, IF I lost every time.

And it's not like I was asking for bonuses. They were constantly emailing and texting offers to me.

So, just be aware, If you take bonuses at Caddell sites try not to cash out too often

I think based on the info you give it is a ridiculous move by this group of casinos - enticing players with bonuses and then shutting their accounts indefinitely after a few wins?

Not the first time I've read something like this for this particular group sadly :(

Always at the back of my mind when I play with these sites too. Hard to resist when they are pretty much the only offers I get these days and since they added BTG games too!

Agreed tho not the best strategy as you say no chance for them to recoup some of your winnings.

Sorry to hear brianmon :(

I know my days are limited at Caddell too. I'm scared that if I hit big on the Big Time Gaming slots I might not get my money.

From the handful of instances I've read about, I'm pretty confident they pay one last time and then ban so although not the greatest at least we're safe in that respect

They probably pay their 'one last time' because they do hold UKGC license and would most likely want to keep them

I dont think affiliates should be promoting them without really looking into it though if they fear people wont get paid.

I signed up through someones websites here and have had nothing but headaches because they have zero cashouts to Canadians. Well they say they do because they offer payments back to credit card but since most Canadians, if not all cant use a personal credit to deposit, its basically means there are no cashouts.

They dont offer a single ewallet or bank wire/transfer option or anything. And I think thats really irresponsible. I have a couple friends of mine from twitch who has had money stuck on there for 2 weeks and has been fighting with the casino for a long time to get their money. The support just tells them to call Visa and ask them to change their policy.

I don't know if it's country specific but certainly I've withdrawn using Skrill, and bank transfer is listed as an option too.

So they email and text you bonuses to use and then ban you across all of their casinos because you had the audacity to use them basically.

I mean, WTF.

If they don't want people to play with bonus funds and win, then simply don't offer bonuses. It surely isn't rocket science.

We can withdraw using bank transfer, but we can't use the common ewallet solutions that most online casinos use like Neteller / skrill . They no longer allow Canadians to use the service for gambling websites since the beginning of 2014.

Basically, if casinos want to reach out to Canadian players, they need to have support for "Ecopayz", and "Instadebit". Ecopayz is our only major ewallet solution that we can use.

Yep.
I'd deposited £80 on the 6/8, with whatever bonus it was they'd sent an offer for, and lost
On the 7/8 the sent an email saying "We want to thank you for playing at Gday Casino. As a valued player you have received £ 8 on yesterday’s play as part of the Cashback promotion.

On the 11/8, I'd deposited £100 with whatever bonus it was they'd sent an offer for, and lost
On the 12/8 the sent an email saying "We want to thank you for playing at Gday Casino. As a valued player you have received £10 on yesterday’s play as part of the Cashback promotion.

On the 22/8, I'd deposited £100 with whatever bonus it was they'd sent an offer for, and lost
On the 23/8 the sent an email saying "We want to thank you for playing at Gday Casino. As a valued player you have received £10 on yesterday’s play as part of the Cashback promotion.

On the 27/8, I'd deposited £100 with whatever bonus it was they'd sent an offer for, played through the WR, and requested a withdrawal of £800.
On the 29/8 the sent an email basically saying 'ALL your accounts with our company have been closed'

I cannot believe the short-sightness of this group of casinos.

A player might not choose to continue playing without any bonuses. But they might, especially if the verification was efficient, the cashout was quick and their overall experience was good.

So here we have a new player, basically deposits $100 a week, wins and cashes out a modest 8x deposit, and only twice his total deposits to date.

To quote Red Forman "Dumbasses".

Just out of curiousity, what kind of bonuses do they offer? Parachute, convertible, and what kind of wagering?

Very few casino bonuses give the player as good a chance at winning as just playing without one, especially at those places the offer decent loyalty.

I'm not actually a new player, I've been with them for years. I was just using the last 4 deposits to show some background.

Their bonuses are 35xB (35x D+B for the SUB), convertible, with the usual games exempt and games such as DOA only counting 20%

Being banned from that group. Not receiving their offers with skyhigh WR or get to play the shitty selection of games they have. That must be really depressing :(

Gday Casino removed BTG!! might be just for my country
Don't worry - all the other games will be gone in a week too - along with the casino!

From the G'Day Group:
On the 17th August 2017, the Interactive Gambling Amendment Bill 2016 was passed by the Senate of the Federal Parliament of Australia.

Australia's Governor-General has since signed off these amendments formally beginning a 28-day waiting period before the amendments come into legal effect on the 13th September 2017.

Due to these recent events, all sites on Full Cream Affiliates will no longer accept new Australian players from the 7th September 2017.
Furthermore, all existing Australian player accounts will be locked as of the 11th September 2017.

I don't have accounts at their group and by the looks of it i won't be opening accounts either why would i when there are so many better casino's out there?

Its not like im a bonus hoe.......

If im playing cash most likely to be at VS or Mrgreen no bullshit fast payouts..and when with a bonus most likely to be at Casumo(a bit more wagering but at least no BS when cashing out)unlike bettson stalling tactics...

Are you thinking of the right group, they have a good selection of games from various providers, certainly all the major ones, Netent, BTG, Microgaming etc, the WR is no worse than anywhere else, in fact better than many places as you can withdraw if you don't touch the bonus, and they send regular deposit bonuses out, this weekend was 110%, only downside I've found with them is the 2 day pending period, but even thats better than some casinos.

I have received the same e mail as you. Did you get your money ok, I got on live chat when they locked my account, because I got the fully verified e mail, then I got this ban e mail.
Live chat cant tell me if my money is still pending or been put back on my card. And obviously my account is locked, so cant see anything.

Yeah, I got paid without any problems or delays. So you should be ok.

Had a e-mail today (from four different Caddell casinos) saying that there will no longer be any welcome bonuses for new depositing players. Not sure if this is just for affiliate offerings or everyone

Which ones Nicola? I mainly promote the fullcream ones and my manager hasn't said anything. I've spoke to him about this a few times in the last week. G'day are scrapping the no deposit free spins but bonuses are staying. Same with Slot Planet, all no deposit offers are being removed in a couple of weeks, but deposit based ones are still there.
