Bad idea to play in Goldclass casino

I had a bad idea to play in Goldclass casino.
I deposited 75$ and when my balance was 210$ I requested cash-out.
I requested cash-out 26-10-2004.
After my requested I read a message:your withdraw will be processed in the next 6 - 9 hours.But after some minutes I receved an email that want that I confirm :my address,my number telefone,my birth day.I sent this informations + my driver license.I wait 2 days but my withdraw is again pendendig.I telefone to goldclass casino they told me:your withdraw will be processed in the netx hours.Nothing.I resent an email to ask informations,to answer I receved an email that want again my address,my telefone,my age.I think AGAIN!!! I have telefone at this casino 4 times (not free number) and sent 10 emails but withdraw is always pending and every times I receved a different answer.
I don't know what I must make.This casino does anything to don't pay me.
Who can help me? thank you

It has only been 4 days! Aren't you rushing it a bit?
Sometimes the customer service people keep sending the same generic standard email to every email enquiry so may be that is why they seem to ask you for documents repeatedly.

the problem because they don't process my withdraw is this:"We tried contacting you on the number/time you provided us but were unable to reach you".Ok.I recall casino to telefone.They told me that call back me at my number telefone.Nothing.
Or my number telefone don't work for their,but where is the problem if I used my neteller,sent my driver license,i can send all documentation that they want.
This is not good,i play in 1000 casino never never a casino has done this comic problem.
Today I 'll recall again their and will give also my number home,because they have my mobile number.
This is the last thing that i can do.

But this ridicle!!!!! for only 210$ (-75$ my deposit)

These are the same people that process planetluck and party bingo. They require phone verification at the number you registered with. Unusual, yes, but they make the rules. Just call them from the number you registered with and you should receive your withdrawel promptly.
