@ Pipersniper - you ought to be thanking Nicolas instead of ragging on him. What you've done is pretty damn low. I knew of a player who was using his deceased grandfathers ID to open additional accounts, but to take advantage of one's handicapped mother - that's pretty low.

...How can I have access to my moms homebanking and checking the deposits at your casino? How can I have deposited in her account with her creditcard, from her computer and apartment, without she was aware of this? How did I get a hold of all her personal papers, that verified her account in the first place?...

It's easy if you are her legal guardian.

Would you pay my mom her money if you was so sure of fraud? NO you wouldent! You are paying her, because you know, that you have treated her bad...

I think they paid her because they felt sorry for her. That's the main reason why your PAB wasn't shit-canned. She got her deposits back that should never been deposited in the first place. You have a lot of gall to continue with this.

Ok, if our conspiracies are so crazy, here is a question you should have no trouble answering:

You say you helped your mom on when you visited her. Why then is there access to her account from a large number of different IPs?

I have dozens of other questions after this one, which if you are eager to clear your name, I'm sure you will have no problem answering. You might also answer the Meister's questions while you are at it.

You must feel very superior, treating everyone as if we can't see past your manipulations. I've done everything I can to not ask specific questions like this in public, but since you insist, and don't answer them in private, here they are in public.

Are you serious? Have you ever heard about wireless broadband internet with dynamic IP`s? Else you can try and google it. This is what my mom have, and I wrote this to Max also, when he asked me some things running in the "PAB"

So it is possible without moving out of the house to a different computer...

Anyone can pretend to be someones mother on the phone, thats one of the oldest tricks out there used by teens, I used this often to skip school back in the day, even pretended to be my own mother once. Its not a fool proof plan of action imho and you should come up with something more clever.


There should be some English speaking bank managers where your mother banks at, if you both went in and showed your ID's and such, im sure the bank will be more than willing to help you both out

Nicolas is a fair person imo and goes out of his way to help players and answer questions on the gaming boards even when it may not be to our liking. He remains steadfast that Fraud was committed and im inclined to believe him, he seems to have the proof, you on the other hand are just spouting off now.You are the type of person that makes it hard for other honest players out there when they need honest help.I feel no pity for you, just your poor Mom, whom you prolly did rip off.(sorry if I flamed).

I can answer anything Nicolas comes up with, and he have no proves for fraud! That my mom have dynamic IP`s doesnt prove that her account have been accesed from other than her own home and computer! It is Nicolas job to prove the fraud, not the other way around. I can only be helpfull by explaining everything he comes up with. Also remember, that his own co-workers accepted extra documents and pictures, which was send after her account got closed the first time. I took pictures of my mom playing at the casino, which they requested. Should my mom be so handicapped that she wouldent question me why I suddently had to take picture of her playing at the casino? The casino accepted these documents and opend the account again. Funny that Nicolas then overrule that.

I have not wasted anyones time - everything I have written in here is the truth! This is going too far, and I can only shake my head about that my mom should be handicapped, and I have abused her identity.

Why should I get another person to pretend being my mom? This is ridicilous!

Yeah I guess your right. I cant say or explain more than I have. It is just not nice getting so ugly accusations! My mom is the most important person in my life, and I am the only one of her four kids, that really takes the time to visit her, and help her out with a lot of things, so that I should take advantage of her, really makes me angry and it hurt my feelings.

I'm sorry but I do not agree. Even though Piper's Mom got paid, he is being marked as a fraud for bringing this up and post a PAB that obviously was not a clear case in the favor of the casino.

If fraud was proved to be the case his mom would not have been paid. And the way I see it..he did not beat a dead horse..it was done by other people.

Nicolas is a great guy but maybe he does not know or has any control over everything that goes on behind the curtain. I still think there is something not right about this casino.

I have explained his mother was paid because she did not partake in the fraud that her son did. Why would we not pay his mother if she had nothing to do with the fraud her son committed?

I'm still not sure why it took a PAB to get the money refunded to the Mother when as you say clearly fraud was committed by the son. And if fraud was done why did it not get refunded by the means it was deposited (credit card) to make sure the person that was fraud-ed will be compensated.

No, I did not lose there. Deposited once and never went back. Played the free tournaments for awhile until my balance disappeared over night. Went to chat and Dean just gave me my % of winnings. Told him that I knew I had a great run but wanted to know what happen to my balance and he said that I played it (I guess when I was sleeping). I just let it go. Then I read at another forum that the same thing happen to another person and she was attacked by everybody saying how great this casino is. Now I'm following every thread about BetPhoenix to see if it comes to light some day.

Also, you tried to cash out non cashable money, perhaps? What about the possibility that you made playthru on a bonus, which was removed from your balance? The logs will track your balances all the way down to your last play. I'm sure Nicolas would be happy to order them for you, rather than accuse his casino of stealing. I'm certain if this is a legitimate complaint they will help you resolve it. You could also get a 3rd party involved, aka, PAB.

It didn't. The player would have been paid eventually. But in cases of fraud, payment may be delayed, as we clearly state in our T&Cs.

And if fraud was done why did it not get refunded by the means it was deposited (credit card) to make sure the person that was fraud-ed will be compensated.

We tried, we did refund part of the CC charges, but couldn't refund all. Online gaming CC processing isn't the same as CC processing for your local book store.

And if you have a separate dispute, I don't remember if you have contacted me about it, if not, please do. I don't want to hear players not getting treated well... that isn't only unethical, but bad for business. I'm here in great part to make sure everyone is taken care of.
