Brand new here and I wanted to post about an issue I'm having. Hope to hear from anyone who might be able to offer solutions, advice, opinions, etc.
This issue has a few elements to it, so I apologize in advance if I am posting in the wrong forum for this.
Also, this is not an official complaint, so I will refrain from mentioning which casino I was visiting when this occurred. Anyone curious, pm me.
Ok. So this is about a recent experience I had while playing the game mentioned in the title. I had played several rounds when I hit a really good play. So good that I wondered why the payout was much lower than I thought it should be. So I took a screen shot and clicked on the info page for the game, and by everything I could see, I had in fact hit a better play than what it paid out. The description in the rules is clear and I believe I hit the minor jackpot. However, the game paid on a pay by line basis. So I immediately stopped all play and contacted customer support. They said the payout was correct. I explained that it was a minor jackpot and should have paid more.
So here is where it gets unusual and why I turn to you.
I was playing the mobile version on my phone and all the rules, conditions, pay table etc. that I could see show I had won the minor progressive jackpot.
But what the customer support was seeing was a different pay table that had a value for 3 symbols but did not have any info about a minor or major jackpot. He said those are random. But everything I could see said otherwise. Eventually we figured out we were seeing 2 different versions of the rules and conditions of play.
So they are still deciding if I won a minor jackpot. They are checking with RTG because they believe it is a tech issue. But who knows what they will decide and whether or not it will matter.
Anyway, those are the basics. I can't upload pics yet, so I am posting links to screen shots if anyone wants to see what I'm talking about.
If anyone would like to weigh in please let me know what you think.

Looks like you are correct to me.

The Jackpots are not random and use winning lines to trigger them.

You have triggered the minor Jackpot with 3 Aztec symbols on win line 8.

The problem is that the program treated it as a pay-by-line win using a different pay table which apparently is posted on the desktop version. That pay table showed 5 Aztec M symbols as jackpot, 4 symbols 2500, and 3 symbols 250 multiplied by your line bet which is set at 0.20. So my win for line 8 paid 50.
So if you access the mobile version of the casino, like I did, you are presented a different set of rules and conditions than the desktop casino but the actual game is paying out using the desktop pay table. And this is the same for several of the other casinos affiliated with that brand.

Update: After more than a week of waiting for High Noon to rule on my win, they told me that the play stands as it was originally tallied, that there is no minor jackpot, that it was a mistake on the behalf of RTG and their design department and I was s.o.l.
I told them they had made a poor decision and they had lost a customer. The mobile version of this game continues to advertise the major and minor jackpots even though they don't exist. I feel it is fraudulent and deceptive.
