AWFUL experience slotty vegas

Probably one of the worst experiences I have had in a very long time.

I deposited $100 and took 100% right from the start I was getting errors and disconencts all over the place

I decided when I had $125 left to go to bed and see if it was better in the morning. It was worse. So I took screenshots and let live chat know and then messaged the rep

His response was basically one line of this is unfortunate however you will not get a refund because you played with your money.

Live chats response at first was basically "you are from Canada, go play netent and nyx" which I obviously cannot play.

SO fine enjoy my $100 but I will never play in their brand again. Absolutely horrifying chat responses and rep response. Terrible lag and disconnects

I would avoid this group just awful everything all around.

I kept getting this a few days ago too; it takes all the pleasure out of playing and I will think twice before depositing again.

Shame, as they were in my top 5 favourite casinos not so long ago.

Could be they are in mid transition of changing to HTML5? I noticed even old MG slots are getting "tarted up" now. Even Tomb Raider (RIP low line strategy)

No doubt the old "We see your concerns & have passed it on to our tech dept" - the fabled tech department- has been wheeled out. I don't think laggy gameplay is acceptable in 2018, would love to see the UKGC get these casinos to meet certain standards in regards to their product, but I fear I may die of old age before that day.

Still, at least it's marginally preferable to being told to clear one's cookies and cache......

Tell me to clear my cookies and cache when Im grouchy from bad slots already and you all be in for some trouble!! :mad::eek::D

So I will say good job slotty for not telling me to do that!!!! :rolleyes:
