This company should be avoided at all cost. On Friday I used the service to make several deposits. On monday the amounts was debited from my checking account. Today the same amounts again was debited from my account times 3. My bank said the amounts was coded as the same from Monday's withdrawal. And the bank credited my account back. I closed my checking and contacted MLW. They was very rude and disconnected me from chat. When I told them I did a google search and saw others complaining about the problem. Luckily no fees was involved so I no longer have to deal with this company. Avoid at all cost!!!

    Kudos CoolCat!!

Now if only everyone else would search CM and Google before they throw their money at fly-by-night clip joints.

Mind you, there are people here that play at Virtual etc so there will always be a sucker about the place.

Yeah, IDK what is up with them, but they have not debited me, and my initial deposit was over 6 business days now... Either way, the incompetence @ moneylinewallet is scary... And its too bad, bc our options runneth dry! Every night QT and CC processors are shut quicker than a Rushmore deposit disappears... Boo...

Its such a crock of horse feathers, with every night a new set of cc processors falling to the pressure of this mafiacracy. (The powers that be in the USA might be uber-liberal Harvard idealouges, but their current policies are downright thuggish)
The D of J and Eric Holder want to get their mitts on every dollar they can, but they are so dumb they can't see that in fact every single day without regulation is another day they lose money... I just wish our politicians could be one of two things: A) Good at stealing; currently they leave money on the table or B) Honest about their 'system' of corruption; like So. America, its the transparency that makes the local corruption work so well...
These pompous fools are so self importants, they can't see the path has turned from stone to muck, and they are walking right thru it

Email them back, and tell them you have contacted EWX, and have discovered this is ONLY a technical issue that they are going to have fixed as soon as possible, so rather than change to an unknown new option, you will WAIT until EWX is fixed before you deposit again.

If BetPhoenix also got the email that EWX didn't send out:rolleyes: to merchants, they will REALLY pile on the pressure to convince you NOT to wait for an EWX techical fix, but to change to the new option.
IF their US players "play it by the book" and tell operators they are happy to wait for EWX to be fixed, rather than risk an unknown new option, operators will face an extended period with considerably reduced deposits.
This might even induce them to "come clean", and tell players the TRUTH about why they will NEVER be able to use EWX again.

You could also try telling operators that you WILL use the new methods, but unfortunately you CAN'T just at the moment, because you have EVERYTHING tied up in EWX awaiting a fix to their "technical issues", and will use the new method once you have got the money out of EWX.

Thanks for the suggestion. Emailed a few minutes ago to their member services:

    -------------------------

I'm not familiar with that way of depositing. EWalletExpress has told me they are having technical issues and to be patient. At this point, all I can do is wait as I have all my gambling money (close to $2,000) sitting there.

Perhaps once my funds are available I'll try the new option. Until then, I don't play anywhere.

    Hi CoolCat,

Thanks to a kind friend for pointing me to this thread I am able to address this concern.

It is true we are now working with the mentioned e wallet. So far our user experiences have been positive, so I'm really concerned to hear your issue. I apologize to you for your inconvenience and will follow up on the information you provide to better understand what happened so we can take appropriate measures :notworthy

Would you be so kind as to send me the correspondence you had so I can further investigate this issue? My email is in my profile (I don't post it because I don't want spam :) )

Your complaint is something we take very seriously and we will take the necessary action based on it.

Regarding EWX, I am afraid I cannot comment. However, my skype is in my profile, feel free to ad me, you can make a free skype to skype call, and I can address any further concerns you might have. Also, the toll free number that is on our affiliate page rings into my cell phone when I'm not at the office, so you can contact me virtually 24/7 there (I'm on Central Time though)

    Kind Regards,

I don't understand the "can't" comment. It almost comes off as a conspiracy type thing - not by you specifically but overall.

This ordeal has shown me that this particular EWallet and casino's are deliberately withholding information that we, the actual customers, are entitled to know. I've won and lost plenty of times throughout this year but that money in EWE is my money and obviously no one gives a rip except me. This also affects hundreds or perhaps thousands of other customers.

At this point, I have very little faith in the online casino world...

Wow MLW is still pulling the double and triple billing crap. What a surprise that guy David was the rudest live support guy I have ever dealt with. I was one of their first victims back in July and they blamed bank software error. I had to close my account down and deny their charges. I was honest with my bank and they were very helpful with me and getting my money back. I guess they hope their victims are too scared to report to the bank they were double billed and asked what the purchases were for.

    Can't.

I very much doubt they 'upped an ran'. It also doesn't fit with my understanding of the current state of affairs. Furthermore, it makes no financial sense.

I'm sure you guys are well aware of the fees these successful e wallets charge; they make plenty of money, it makes no sense for them to 'up and run'. That is like suspecting someone of stealing the feathers of the goose that lay the golden eggs.

First, to both bowlingbob and CoolCat. Please email me info on these complaints. Removing an ewallet isn't the same as turning off or on a light switch. There are considerations that must be made. I'm very much interested in cooperating with you guys, but please send me more info than what you have posted, I can't base our decisions on two anonymous forum posts.

Guys, trust me, the processing issues (nothing specific, but in general) that are going on recently are very much against our financial interests. We wish it was otherwise, we realize that these issues are not going to help us improve customer satisfaction, conversions or retention, quite the opposite. If you want to write to your representatives in Washington requesting to improve the situation with United States Citizens gambling online, we encourage you to do so. In the meantime, we deal with what is thrown at us, we don't create the situations.

A different operator DID comment though, and your cryptic sidestepping of the issue now has me 100% convinced these "rumours" are actually TRUE.

What happened to EWX could just as easily happen to MLW, QT, and the rest. US players are convinced there is a conspiracy of silence because something VERY bad has happened, and they might as well kiss any funds still in EWX goodbye.

Your own action in removing EWX as an option is pretty much 99% proof that they are LYING to their customers, but surely the CASINOS are customers too. Why does ONE set of customers get told one thing, and the MOST VULNERABLE set of customers get told another just to make them stop worrying.

The consequences for players of being lead to believe they still have money that has really vanished for good can be VERY serious. They could gamble with other money on the basis that it is "covered" because they have the same amount "temporarily tied up" in EWX.

US players have already been through this once with Neteller, and now TWICE with EWX. They are hardly going to volunteer for a THIRD repeat, or a fourth.

Getting them to trust yet another eWallet after they have TWICE been screwed over by even MORE trustworthy companies is going to be difficult.

Only the most hardened "die hard" players will keep depositing the same volumes, the rest will either give up, or be too scared to keep much in any of the eWallet offerings.

By all means, they should let their politicians know how they feel about this, but until these politicians do something to accomodate them, they are taking an ever increasing risk in continuing to play.

I find it odd that a company that has severed a relationship with another STILL "can't comment".

Eventually, the truth WILL be revealed, and this will expose who the liars are, and who deliberately withheld information that if known, would have prevented players from losing large amounts of money.

US players need to assume the absolute WORST about EWX, but hope that what emerges, whilst bad, is not the worst it could have been. To start with, ANY money that was in EWX, or has vanished on the way to or from EWX, should be considered money they will NEVER see again. They should then evaluate whether they can still afford to play based on NEVER seeing their EWX funds again. This is of particular importance for those players that had a big win recently, but it has ended up stuck in EWX. They should NOT play "loose" because they feel they recently hit big, as if they lose, they may end up losing TWICE because they might never see that big win.

Other posts seem to indicate that EWX is no "one off", but the result of a coordinated "crackdown" on money movements. This means that what works fine today, may well close down by tomorrow, with all funds lost in the ether.

It is understandable that you draw conclusions. I can't comment on them though. However, if you wish to Skype me, I'd be glad to talk with you. (as stated in my OP)

Again, it is understandable that you draw conclusions. Again, I can't comment on them though.

I never said two sets of customers got told different things; since I never said what I was told. You are drawing that conclusion. Again, it is understandable that you draw conclusions. Again, I can't comment on them though.

I'm sorry to hear this. I have considered what you are saying. However, regardless, I can't comment on the situation.

I play by the rules and I'm honest. This applies to all parties I deal with. Sometimes information I know related to a 'complaint' against a company I represent will 'prove' our innocence. But if I can't release it because of the rules, I won't. You can't expect me to play by the rules when it convenient, yet not play by them when it is convenient not to.

Actually, I remember a time when PayPal pulled out. This industry has gone through several events where e wallets pull out of a market. It is regrettable, and I understand it hurts everyone involved. However, directing your anger at casinos is not the solution. We are the not the ones that create the situation. We simply provide our service as best we can. Like a cruise liner caught in bad weather, we do the best we can.

We are well aware of this. As I said previously, we aren't creating the situation, just dealing with it.

I understand your skepticism towards my 'can't' reply. But regardless, I know my situation, and anybody that knows me knows I would be the first to reply if I could.

I'm a firm believer that we will all stand naked some day; the truth will be known. That is an influential element in my perception of reality and my actions in life.

In general, I support all conservative action related to money management and gambling. Regardless of the reasoning, or recent events. Most people are far too liberal with their personal money management. I'm actually a big Suze Orman fan. :)

The casinos must be thinking that EWX will pay them out any funds that are pending or due if they stay hush hush (i can wish in one hand and shit in the other guess which one will fill up faster?):D..why else on earth would they still continue to stay quiet?
