Boy what a year. I have played with Butlers for around four years. I've won once before. They recently did a few things so I complained. A) they offered me a bonus of free spins. They were a penny each on a machine that has 9 lines max and isn't a very good payer. B) The other complaint was about this:- you collect bonus points towards a fiver free. Every time I logged in and played the points had gone down. They are the only bingo site to do this, apparently if you don't play within a set time you lose points!!. I wrote in and said I wasn't impressed and a member of staff took exception to me. They sent me an email basically saying p**s off and if you don't like it go away! I put in a complaint about the attitude and got a sort of apology of the fictional Astrid. This person doesn't exist there is no Astrid. They use this as a way of you thinking you're dealing with a real human being. Anyway I won for the first time in two years. I wrote in after six days as no money was in my Skrill. All I said was the reason I use an e-wallet is that you take ages to pay in a bank account I hoped this would be processed sooner. Skrill is paid within an hour now on some new sitme two years ago when I won and still paid me. Then I got an email back asking me to send my ID to a bogus email. I started to wonder is this the member of staff who I annoyed (by the way I apologised for being grumpy) Then they said it wasn't acceptable. I explained that all their sister sites such as Rehab bingo, Dotty Bingo and so on had paid me and accepted the same ID. Then I got an email that said the files I'd sent with the documents were empty. I was rather suspicious at this point so I had a nose on line and foes. So then I get an email saying my ID is not any good and they have put the money back in my account. Well I was annoyed at this because they'd said different reasons not to pay me. So I did some research and found complaints on here and on other sites too. One called gambling grumbles had them as rogue. So I emailed them and explained their flawed logic. Just pay me my £50 quid and I'll go away. Then to add insult to injury they kept saying I had to provide more ID and I couldn't put in an online bill! So I argued that if Virgin or myself printed my monthly bill out that would be acceptable if we did that and I scanned it in. But they wouldn't accept the Virgin Bill as a pdf file!?!? because I'm on paperless billing from most of the companies I use now. Now I knew for sure they were doing everything they could not to pay me. I've written 33 emails. I've told everyone on FB about them, Trust Pilot ltd. Malta gambling authority, Minister for Justice in Dublin as that's where the creepy faceless Broadway gaming is based. They have their license in Malta and are registered at companies house UK as a British company. No information for the company at all. Not a single name. I wrote to Butlers and explained I had complained to these and also Gambling commission UK, Casinomeister etc. and still nothing back, no replies now I explained that I'd lost my mum and I was diagnosed with diabetes 1 a few days later. I have a few other illnesses and struggle to walk. I didn't mention these until the last few emails I sent as an explanation why I didn't have other photo ID anymore. That my ID is good enough for their sister sites and other casinos globally but not them. WHY? Nothing except one insulting email saying sorry about your mums loss!?! How insulting is that? Wrong grammar, and that if I went and bought new photo ID they'd give me the money eventually. Oh and by then they'd put it back in my account three times. The same email told me they're hanging on to the money. I explained again about the ID being accepted by the other sites owned by the same company etc. that it was more expensive for me to pay for a new passport and license than the prize money. Again when mums house was cleared my daft cousin shredded all my ID. I won this money fair and square. What upsets me is that they can just stop my money give me a fraudulent email to send my docs to. Lie by saying that my Id was no good but had said the same two years ago and still paid me. Then they told me they'd not received the files??Why do they have to have my photo ID? Other sites take debit or credit cards and bank details. Then insulted me and now ignoring me. They must be pretty big and confident about themselves. Any good business wouldn't want to lose business. Is this the same member of staff and are they stopping my emails? Or do they genuinely do this all the time to avoid paying people, or are they too poor to pay. (I doubt it.) It doesn't make sense and it's an act of spite at the very worst. God bless and thanks for reading you lovely people. P.S If anyone has any ideas to help me please get in touch.

Made your post readable and easier on the eye.

The casino torturing you about payment doesn't mean you have to torture us when trying to read our post. :D ...Please use that ENTER key once in a while.

This CM member seems to be connected to Butler's Bingo although he is not registered as rep. He was last online just 2 weeks ago. Send him a 'private message', maybe he can help you: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/17502/

He was a rep for them but he doesn't work there anymore and can't help.
I better tell him it's time to change that profile :)

OK, thx for posting that.

Maybe he still has contacts there can ask somebody at Butlers to look at the OP's case.

I saw the first post and my eyes were going funny :eek2: Thanks for chopping that up Harry lol

I've always had fun on these sites.. Never made a withdrawal with the Broadway group but I know someone who has (without needing ID) I guess it depends on how much you have requested a withdrawal for.

ID is a big thing nowadays. You're best off sending your ID in before playing with any casino because, yeah.. They'll just take and take until it comes to this stage and it's a bit of a let down when you get refused :(

Some sites do refund the deposits you've made, I'm not sure if these do ? But it's worth asking them for it back if you're not allowed your winnings.

Used to use Butlers and Glossy until maybe this year as they do nice low roller friendly offers (Eg: Deposit just £10 for 100 FS on a 15 line game, not bad IMO)

Stopped using em now for one reason only, they are MG only and I can't play DOA or Rhino there :p

Anyway, few withdrawals from these guys over the years for me and the wife, never any ID/KYC request and although their payouts speed isn't the best, we did always get our dosh! (They have a pending period and allow only one withdrawal a week IIRC)

They even ran a Christmas Facebook promo a couple of years back (Facebook ain't my thing these days but wife entered) top prize was £1,000 cash which again was paid hassle free.

I also think our good friend Spintee plays there to this day and has not reported any problems.

@OP - I know it is not what you want to hear but IMO your instance seems like a 'one-off' AFAIK these guys are pretty trustworthy and ok to play with.

I could probably get through this in around half an hour :Read: It's only 3 lines.. The first post was 29 lines :eek2:

First time I played here I was forced to play some bingo as part of the welcome offer, I despise bingo but chose a random room and won the jackpot of a grand with 3 other people, got £250 and it was paid no problem! :D

They are above board as far as I'm concerned and I wasn't even asked for any ID

The real issue here is inconsistency, if the sister sites didn't worry about ID, but this side is being unusually pedantic, it's more a no pay tactic rather than a sudden concern that their player has not properly been KYC'd. The motive might be all that play in their sister sites, they may be thinking this is a "bonus abuser" they need to get rid of, and they are damned if they are forking out yet another withdrawal first.

However, having a member of staff tell a customer to "p**s off" is inexcusable and unprofessional, even for the most unprofitable customer. The professional response should be to explain how the system works and why this leads to the points always being removed so that the target is perpetually out of reach, unless of course this isn't how it's supposed to work and they are up to some dodgy practice.

Now, you don't TELL them you could easily print off a Virgin bill and scan it and they would have no way of knowing, you just DO IT, problem solved! Now they have been told, they will never accept the Virgin bill, even if you got one posted. They won't "knowingly accept" an online bill, but where you can download the PDF of the actual paper bill and print it off, there is no way for them to know, so they can accept it. What they won't accept is online screenshots which are obviously from your online account.

Download the energy bill, print it off, but don't tell them it's from the downloaded PDF, let them think you have found an alternative form of proof of address. A landline bill will also work, but that's probably also Virgin, and you have blown that option by telling them you have downloaded it off the internet.

This will at least have them looking for further hoops for you to jump through, and each one just makes it clearer whether or not this is genuine KYC needs or a no pay stalling tactic.

I did that ever so often. Print, scan and safe as .jpeg or.png, looked to like it was a picture taken.

Never an issue. :D

I really can't say anything bad, deposited £10 with one of their sister sites (Dotty Bingo) just yesterday and I think they're really fun sites

Got 99 free spins on Avalon Mobile on top.. They did take off 5 lines but it wasn't too bad, had me playing for a while on low stakes.

Where is Spintee?

I hate bingo but I quite like Butlers for the same reasons as you. The main reason I don't deposit there much is their slow withdrawal times

I have nothing but good words for Butlers

I've played there for years, Got my friday freespins, decided a game of bingo was in order as I was bored of slotting, and won a Bingo jackpot a couple of weeks ago :D

Timely payouts, decent bonuses, I enjoy it.

It was a member of staff. They admitted they were in the wrong. Only took me 3 weeks to get my tiny withdrawal. Seriously. So there you go now you know.
I do use the enter button I just type exceptionally fast as I've been doing it for years.

I didn't know it was an issue on the eyes. I can read you see.

Anyway I set up a website, wrote to the owners in Dublin. Eventually got paid out. The irony was
I'm a member of all their sites, and the others paid me no problems. I loved the sites and even wrote to a few

managers from other sites. They agreed it was out of order. So I got it sorted but don't play on their anymore nor do I come on here very often. Just as well really. No ones been very nice to me since I first posted on here. I thought Casinomeister prided itself on letting people express an opinion. Obviously not because every time I've asked for help or advice someone has been petty or nasty or both.
Tara I'm ending my subscription right now.

3 PAB since you registered, 10 posts in 8 years and you are trying to tell us at CasinoMeister you can't express your opinion. Could you please show the readership your contributions to the forum other than creating work for the PAB guy???

And you come back after nearly 5 months to tell us you got paid after 3 weeks.

Stop beating about the bush and just say what you really think!

I guess some folk are incapable of thinking about anyone other than themselves which is reflected in those who only post when its in their own interests.

* This is entirely an attention seeking post that is contributing nothing to the benefit of others *
