You win, not on logic but you have worn me down, just ask yourself what is the point of communication other than for trying to understand each other. This all came about because you said you did not understand why I would do what I did so I did my best to explain so you would understand

Ultimately there are so many casinos out there & the competition so high that one critical post lowers the mark of that casino below many others, that is why it matters - this was obviously not a troll posting, it was someone with a genuine issue who was faced with multiple roadblocks (not just one - MULTIPLE) to getting a significant amount of his own money back
Anyone that does not take that into consideration is a fool

Now it has been resolved, the casino has demonstrated they are good at handling & resolving complaints so would I use them again, yes I would, because it was resolved. These things are not static and change depending on the outcome of complaints

If it had not been resolved then knowing someone was out of pocket 1000s of dollars unfairly, would that sway my decision, of course it would & I do not need 8 separate complaints before I come to that decision, one legitimate one is all that is required, you are different, no problems but that does not mean my post "does not ring true" because it is as straight down the line as they come.

Forget there are other people reading & treat discussion as a means to understand over a win loss type of thing

I am not commenting any more as I do not feel you are being genuine when you ask questions because I answer them and you continue to be critical, its a waste of time

It seems you have taken me to your level and beaten me with experience.....
