Hi.

with pm have talked this with Daniel.

But, dont play table games in videoslots and lose :)

Becouse VIP program dont work there for those games.

I losed 10k in 1 hour and response from vip manager was:

Hello Sir,

Thanks for getting back to me. Since we’re a slot-focused casino, I normally can only give you bonuses and rewards when you play slots, since you played Texas hold em It’s a bit more tricky on my end. However, I’ll add a bonus either way this time J Please think of that going forward though.

Best regards

..

The bonus was little to compared which i would have get in cb from other places. Also i dint get any race points or cashback with those table games.

Money is money. Is it slots or table games. So i dont play table game sessions anymore in VS. Other casinos thinks that table games are also same than videoslots .

I would have get big cashback from other places , so no more VS anymore.

Other ones like those losing sessions.

1)Why do you assume you deserve a bonus just because you lost
2\0 How is it possible to lose that much in a hour
3) If it's a lot of money to you maybe don't bet that much

Losing 10k deserves a bonus imo. Thats alot of money to blow. Let alone in an hour. They arent obligated too but it would be good service to throw the player something after such a big loss.
Have you ever played roulette? Losing 10k can happen in 20 minutes.

1: Usually Vip manager give good freebie after big loss.

2: My bet size was 1k.

3: It is not that kind of problem.

This was just tip to those who has Vip contracts in many casinos. Or Vip person who follow player account

Yes 10k is a very heavy loss, made even worse because table games don't qualify for cashback or race points (it isn't advertised as such, so you can't really complain about it retrospectively).

Though some comp is never guaranteed, it would be nice to get one and I noticed from your post that on this occasion some kind of comp was provided?

I am going through a really horrible spell myself at VS. Just can't seem to hit any decent bonuses on slots and the money disappears almost as fast as me burning it.

If it doesn't change soon, another break from slotting will need to happen because money doesn't grow on the tree unfortunately.

It happened to me too. Really, really bad streak. One of my worst. I bounced around a few sites and for some reason it helps. I won $1600 at betsson and like 3k at platinum play. I returned to video slots about 1 week later. lost some cashback and rake race. Then deposited and now ive had 2 cashouts in a row of $2200 and $1200.

I know it shouldnt matter and it might not work but this has always seemed to work for me. Try other sites, play some MG and return to VS a week or two later and go at it again.

I hope your bad spell ends soon because they are they worst thing to experience ever.

Playing at this level it's always best to get any cashback offer sorted up-front.

Many casinos will look at the house edge when calculating bonuses.
When playing 1000 per hand you can have huge losses without much play to show for it.
If you lose 10000 the casino may decide you've generated 200 in expected house edge and comp accordingly.
And they would be right. In the long run only wagers matter not losses.
