Still happening - got exactly the same problem today

not going to bother trying to sort it out -- this casino was already on my "not sure if I should really be doing this or not" list

i too have received that error messaging. Twice now actually on attempting to join mg casinos. The first was All jackpots and the second was on lucky nugget. Im not a member of either yet trying to register an account results in illegal operation. Never have been a member and i too have a new pc and have only ever registered from my home address at casinos. It is a very strange bug indeed.

I had a similar experience once... Once I cleared my cookies and internet cache somehow that fixed it. Worth a try perhaps... good luck!

I have seen that same bug when trying to use Playcheck, Cashcheck, or view loyalty points. The error is often preceded by "object moved to here", with "here" being a clickable link that brings up the system error.
Looks like sloppy programming or testing prior to release, a skill MG have in abundance.

Clearing cookies or cache may actually work here, as cookies are used to remember the login between the viper lobby and any web based functions, also, restrictive internet security can prevent the software from storing your account details, and/or passing them to what might appear to be an unrelated "third party" website. Many MG casino lobby and message pages seemed to be served through "adware" domains - this again can be a problem with the increased levels of security users now used.

As with Cashcheck & Playcheck, I believe registration and banking is fed through subdomains of microgaming.com, adding these to "trusted sites" may clear these issues as it did with loyalty point access problems last year.

I had that happen to me at Firstweb when I got a new computer . When I contacted support they had me open the software as far as I could and then they gave me a web address to put up and sign in . It worked .

I think I had this problem once and I fixed it by signing up for the flash casino, and then logging into the download casino with my flash casino login and password. From what I recall, that worked fine.

Any idea if your land based outfit still has restricted door policy?
