How could a player even "cheat" a win ? I understand, verification needs to happen to confirm the actual outcome, but still. With these days tech it should be quite easy to hammer down on anything cheating.

Usually developers don't want to go too specific/detailed regarding those topics, as this will often help the wrong side of the fence, but rest assured that alas, specifically due to 'today's tech' the possibilities of cheating have even increased the past few years. Basically, tech is moving forward so quickly, that the ones at the core of the newest programs, tools and systems, will always be fixing bugs, and creating new ones whilst doing it.

Even when those exploits are found, and used, more often than not it gets sweeped under the rug, and possible legal actions are kept private as well. So basically, you couldn't be more off with your last statement.

I have wrote to you in private message as i have a massive issue with LTC casino a casino under Softswiss portfolio
They have made a public statement that a softswiss expert checked my gameplay after they refused the checks of the actual game provider wadzan and casino guru. LTC casino ceo said in a video said that that softswiss said my gameplay is 100%fraud and they are investigating wadzan a game provider in your portfolio as ltc casino made defamatory accusations against wadzan after they refused to lie about my game history and they deny having bugs in their slots. I would like to know if is true that softswiss expert said my gameplay is 100% fraud or is another lie of Andrey “TTR” Nikolaev :ltc casino ceo.

Please kindly confirm if this is true and if so i would like to have an official statement with the proves. Two different third party checked my game history and found no foul play and i find it hard to believe that such a credible and big company as softswiss would lie to side the casino.
Also ltc casino made public accusations about wadzan game provider saying their slot have bugs, can you also please make a statement if this is true?

it is almost 3 months that i have won 1496ltc and ltc casino has not given any evidence about me cheating and yet they kept my money.
LTC casino rep said softswiss are in investigating, the case has been going on since FEB 26TH how can this be possible that the casino has keeps my money and hasn't provide any evidence yet.
