Hello, I have a problem with N1Casino. My payment was confiscated in the justification I received an email:

We are sorry to inform you that your winnings were confiscated to the deposit amount due to violation of the rules. Also please note that bonuses are not available for you anymore.

The problem is that I only have one casino account - I use one email for all casinos. I have only one account in each of them. The money was taken, and when I appealed to the support, they say it is their final and irrevocable decision. Can you help me somehow? There are a lot of complaints about this casino - no wonder I have been playing casinos for over 6 years and have never seen anything like that.
