So they closed the doors and stole hundreds of thousands of dollars. Now I am being told that the owner is in the hospital in London dying of Cancer. He is going to the big Casino owner heaven in the sky. Why just look at the downtown casino guy.

DING ••••••• DONG. I HAVE HEARD THAT CRAP BEFORE. I am trying to verify the information but am not having any luck at all.

EVERYONE SHOULD DO A CHARGEBACK FOR ALL PURCHASES MADE AT ASCOT.

Funny how that Amanada woman from there has stopped posting. First she lied about a stupid audit, now they have just taken the cash and ran like hell.

Even if the owner dies, does that mean they cannot survive without him?

I think it is a crock of ••••. I say find them, line them up and shoot small metal objects into the back of their heads.

Oh the militant in me is coming out again. I HATE LIARS AND THIEVES. AND THAT IS WHAT THEY ARE.

We certainly seem to have a wealth of information including emails and phone numbers on these Ascot people so this will be a rough ride for them as everyone tunes in to the fact that they have screwed players bigtime.

Perhaps some of the UK players should start making calls?

Legally(not necessarily financially) the answer may be yes!

Whether the owner dying has any legal or liability effect on continuation depends on the formal entity structure,(partnership, company limited liabilty no liability etc, etc) the country that entity is legally sourced or incorporated in - and any pertinent guarantees and underwriting along with any legal requirements on trust estates and casino licensing (depending on the country where licensed)- and then underlying contracts and agreements and the provisions relevant to "death, dissolution, trust estates" within them.

No simple answer but hey the law (especially commercial) doesn't always have a logical connection to "moral" justice.

    regards
