and the forum is chock full - though im not by designation -of VIP

I was just about to say that - GOOD AND QUICK customer support! Casumo for example are one of the best out there and with good CS who can actually make decisions, this can make KYC far quicker and easier too.

Another caveat here could be COMMUNICATION! Does the casino e-mail you when docs are approved, then withdrawal is processed etc?

After nearly two decades of online gambling, I mostly look at the fairness of the operation in general. This includes clear terms free of ambiguity, overall transparency of the operator (ownership, licensing, rtps etc.) and fast payment processing.

Attractive offers are important, but mostly I want to know it's safe to play with the operator. And if you win, you are paid fast.

It's also important for the operator have a great plan for player retention. Many put all the effort in to customer acquisition and leave it there.

exacly there are casinos listed here on CM i stopped putting money in because of very slow support and even none what so ever

Loyalty I chose ahead of fast payments, it doesn't matter too greatly if I get paid in four hours or eight to be honest. Most are fairly similar in time-frames these days.

Best loyalty (though redeemed through unlocking Rewards) is VS, and worst by far is LeoVegas! In fact they need to be pulled up on that - it can state Level 46 onscreen but may as well say O T VII and give me a Scientology badge

Fast knowledgeable CS is crucial, both 'at' the casino and having a rep here. If working well together it's formidable, and makes verification hassles a lot easier than just contacting 'standard' CS. A good Dan goes a long way!

Well, it's pretty much simple:

1) Reputation must be great - otherwise how can I trust my money to shady casino?

2) Withdrawals must be quick. Really quick I mean, like VS.

3) Good loyalty with regular cashback etc.

Nothing other than that, quite disagree with guys who tell that CS is so important, basically I'm a fan of scheme, where your casino must work the way, when customer simply HAVE NO QUESTIONS! I.E. terms clear, WD's fast, everything working smooth. But yeah, not easy to do it. But videoslots did somehow Everything except 3).

My #1 issue is cash outs. It's incredibly easy to deposit but it's a rigamaroll to cash out. Maybe it's more of a Canadian problem but I'm at the point of giving up this online stuff. It just stresses me out to the point of saying screw it all.

For me its the whole kyc process is important i know casinos abuse this. If you sign up you play, you pay, you win, you get paid out no interviews ,no digging into you personal finaces ,no BS .The procedure looking casinos like Spinit seem to treat you like some sort of international money laundering thief until proven otherwise. The FSB brand Casinos have this procedure nailed everyone should follow their lead.

It is hard to pick just 3, but I had to go for Game Choices first - I want to play games I like, not just any old garbage. I'm a little surprised that isn't winning the poll at the moment, though as I said, it is very hard to pick just 3.

Then clear terms - not necessarily just for myself, but complicated terms is one thing about online casinos in general that winds me up.

Finally Loyalty Bonuses & Free Spins. They don't have to be huge value (though casinos can shove 50% and less match offers where the sun don't shine), but just a little something to show they appreciate your custom.

Fast cash-outs is not a priority for me - as long as it's not unnecessarily long.
Rarely have to contact CS, but do appreciate when they are on the ball.
No interest for me in "levels" & "trophies" or random draws for physical things - I just wan't more cash or free-spins so I can play more!
