    Anybody know of any current problems with this casino? CS has previously been reliable, but I have a week's worth of e-mails that have gone unanswered. I've tried a few different addresses too. Any info appreciated,

    Thanks. I'll call them. It just burns me that they've decided not to answer e-mail, which is more convenient, especially for those with any level of hearing loss. They're a FL casino, so I think this may officially end my play with that group of casinos.

    I had a bit of trouble with their CS too. They did reply to my e-mails, but the rep did not know their own T&C's!!!

    Why not try PM-ing the rep here at Meister's? Name = VPL

    Thanks. I finally got a response after trying a couple more e-mail addresses. The response indicated that I should use "help@vegaspartnerlounge.com" from here on out instead of: a) the lone support address they indicate on their website; or b) the address to which they told me to reply to claim a bonus.

    Whatever.
