I have never complained about a casino or bookie before but this week whilst playing live Evolution blackjack I feel they messed up.

I am pretty sure the casino I bet with will side with evolution. However, the next step is going to IBAS but I don't want to waste time.

So, from experience would you guys say IBAS are fair or do they just side with bookie/casino?

    No, they're independent.

You could always try a PAB here first?

Sorry for my ignorance but what is a PAB and how do I do it?
