I say this, as myself and girlfriend have accounts at casinos together, and 3/4 always only give her the free spins. My thinking behind is this is they feel women can and will deposit more than men if they can get them to log in.

One prime example is Leo Vegas, I have deposited lots and NEVER got any free spins, whilst she has deposited only few times and constantly gets these 3/4 free spins they give weekly. Sky vegas banned me from promotions but not her even though we have same deposit levels and I've never made a big withdrawal. Several other casinos are also like this, so do casinos favour genders when giving promotions?

It definitely wouldn't be gender related -

It might be that her bonus ratio (amount of bonuses received as a percentage of total deposits) is lower than yours. For example, if you have only ever deposited for deposit matches your bonus ratio would be high, and this is often a factor in who gets freebies etc. At least in our case, we give freebies away every week but players with very high bonus ratios generally don't fall into that segment.

I bet she would get free spins from Pink Casino "The casino for ladies" etc etc, how they get away with advertising to one gender is beyond me.

some provider backoffice programs do have the possibility to divide player lists by gender, but I doubt a Casino would give more free spins to women, they might try to cross sell them to bingo more but I don't see the logic behind giving more free spins to women, mainly as I can't see how that would increase revenue for the Casino, which is the only reason they do anything

    Sexist? I don't know about Casino's, but i certainly am!:D

Jokes aside, i think the exact reason why in your example they gave you GF more FS, is that she deposits way less: this falls under player retention guidelines, and hook line and sinker 'activation 'methods (sounds more unfriendly than it is)

In no way are Casino's sexist, anyone with a wallet is welcome!
Certainly, some Casino's do target a specific demographic, be it females, gay people, younger people, older people, whatever - but even there, most depositors are welcome:)

I thought some casinos discriminate long ago but now i know different. I agree, deposits talk a lot louder then anything else :p.

No way. I can assure it has nothing to do with gender. I get treated like crap at some casino's.

Kenny doesnt care thats for sure, hes a super cheapo :D

Since joining leovegas a couple weeks ago, ive been depositing and playing pretty heavy. Ive had one 100% bonus and 2 sets of freespins. One was last night at .40 a spin on that new dreadful quickspin game.

I did get 5 freespins 2 weeks ago i went to claim and nothing was there when I asked chat about it, he said he was looking into it and then didnt bother to respond. First time I used the chat rating after being ignored.

My issue is why they always have sexy girls in games, or hot girls on the front of casino's. But I guess hot girls is easier to deal with than guys having to stare at shirtless guys and spandex shorts on their reels.

They should make a playboy slot for girls to play. Its not always nice for girls to look at other girls boobs popping out, or their butt cheeks or tight pants showing their area's.

Casinos target women with better offers because they have less free time in the day, what with the cleaning, cooking etc

My gut reaction on reading thread title was hell ya:eek:

So much advertising features sexy women as if men were their major market, and many more slots feature boobies than sinewy chests.

Women are more likely to play slots than men I think, but we might be more conservative players. Table games traditionally‚Äč attract more men, and I do understand when that advertising targets men more.

CSRs are more likely to be female at many casinos, but that has changed somewhat in the past decade I have been playing, and there are definitely more female reps here than when I first joined.

But I do think actual offers from casinos you deposit and play at have more to do with your play and history regardless of gender.
