Diamond Digital Systems has responded to my inquiry. It seems that the player was able to find a glitch in the game and had exploited it to his advantage.

More details will be published in today's newsletter.

Gamblers Palace, Skytower Casino and Sportsbook, and Simple-net-bet have stooped to the level of scum. They have registered

as their own and have mirrored the "real" Internet Gaming Commissions's site

What they are doing here is giving themselves IGC approval by pirating the real IGC's site. This is a violation of international copyright laws and is downright the stupidest thing I have ever seen a casino group do.

Just an update and a correction to an error. The casinos Gamblers Palace, Skytower Casino, Simplenetbet.com, theonlinebet.com, jerrysportbook.com are no longer Unified Gaming casinos but are licensees of INETsoftware.com

My mistake.

It's been over a week since Virtual Casino exposed 14 player credit cards via the Internet. So far, no response from Virtual and RTG has not received information from them why this information was placed in public view, or if these players have been notified.

My concern is the players. I have these player's names since I was able to view this information (like countless others). If you are/were a player of Virtual Casino and submitted confidential information to Virtual or Grafix Softech, S. A. from August 2001 to February 2002, please contact me and I will verify whether or not your credit cards were comprimised.

has started a spam campaign that feigns a misdirected email from players looking for a reputable casino.

But it is sent to you.

net-gaming-casino.com runs Elka Systems Software, a provider that has been known to have problems. Check out Vortran's warning here: http://www.casinomeister.com/vortran.html

I would avoid all World Gaming casinos for the time being. Financial woes may be causing them to have BIG problems. Seems as thought their IGC membership has not been renewed -- a bad sign.

It has been brought to my attention that a "Be the Dealer" clone Casino Ramada

has blatently ripped off the images from Gold Club Casino

. Their emails bounce as well. I would advise all to stay clear of this shady establishment. If they are willing to rip off a well established online casino, just imagine what they will do to their players.

This is a warning for players who are members of Bethedealer and Playanddeal casinos.

It has become apparently obvious that the software provider (Bethedealer/Playanddeal) has no control over the actions of their licensees.

They have remained unresponsive to inquiries concerning the theft of images by Casino Ramada, and this morning it was brought to my attention that a new Bethedealer casino has appeared. Dukesbethedealer.com is probably operated by the same individuals from dukegaming.com, a former Cryptologic site (they are on the same server). Wagerlogic yanked their license this week in light of dubious activities concerning an alleged $1 million draw which apparently never happened. It seems as though it was merely a marketing ploy to get new players. Dukesgaming has been shut down.

The providers of Bethedealer software have opened their arms to these types of operators. There is NO quality control established here whatsoever. If you are a player of a Bethedealer or Playandeal casino, you are at serious risk of being scammed or ripped off.
