It seems that the longer one plays these online casinos and the more successful you are you will definitely get stiffed as the places seem to have no honor. I feel safer placing a bet with a corner bookie, at least they will pay their losses. I have been stiffed by three different casinos( all using the same software ) for a total of $35,000. One of which just disappeared, and the other two upgraded their sites changed software and invested my winnings

Jondo, it might be a good idea to let us know which casinos stiffed you.

Beware of the Riverbelle. I have cashed in over $4000. in the past 5 weeks. I have collected only $600. of this which was credited back to my credit cards. I have been on the phone with the Riverbelle & Proc Cyber Services almost daily and the following are what I have been told: We have a 10 day holiday at the end of the year. We haven't received instructions as to how to disburse your money. (Two days earlier they had COMPLETE documents & instructions.) We sent it on the 6th. We sent it on the 13th. We sent it on the 20th. Your bank has received but not credited your account. They don't have any problem getting the money out of your account but they appear to have a huge problem getting it back in. I now understand the way it should work. Their help screens say they will have it back in your account in 24 hours. Needless to say, I am very angry and feel I am getting the run around. I think I have just been taken for $3500. plus. "Let the buyer be aware." Their software is good and their games are fun, but I will never patronize them again.

I bet theyre not willing to either

HAHAHAHA

BYE DEANSWORLD IT WAS NICE KNOWING YOU

PS Why wont they mmmmmmmmmm

you play roulette watch the little ball fall into number 36 and you lose their display board says 5
yet that nice little ball is there in zoom mode proudly resting in the number 36 position so whilst every casino in the world pays out on which postition the ball lands in you are saying turn of the zoom mode as its the display board it pays out on

is this a flaw or not a flaw??

If it was for Video Poker you've got to be kidding

The pay out table for VP is one of the most dismal I've seen yet.

Jacks or Better 93.7600 %
Joker Wild 92.0084 %
Deuces Wild 93.2457 %

Those are not the payouts % for the rags to riches casino. Jacks or better is much higher over a two month period.

I agree that a payout of 6-5 is not very good, however the % is much higher.

I think he asked about blackjack, not video poker

And for a two month period the payout for blackjack in the rags to riches casino is 103.66
Which means more winners then losers.

Well that goes to show how few people are playing there. I mean it is obvious that the more people play the closer the percentages are to the true expectation. Since some people at times play less than optimum strategy then they should actually be lower.

And you should play using Basic Strategy in Blackjack. The return is around 99-99.5% if you play it perfectly. If you don't it is generally about 95% which means you lose 5-10 times as fast in the long run.

What is the point of saying that rags to riches had a 103.66 % return for blackjack in two months? The past doesn't affect the future payout.

Well all you have to do is plug the pay out scale into Winpoker 6.0 and you'll get 93.7600% Or if you like Tom Ski VP strategy. Which comes up a point highter 94.44% Why in god's name would anyone ofter a game like this? While full pay JoB is only 98.375% I guess they want to bleed all the money they can off the player.

Goldclub does not pay the welcome bonus and their support seems to be the weakest on the net!

This is the story:

A few weeks ago I downloaded the goldclub multiplayer version and registered as a new member. I had a few problems in installing their software and sent two mails to their support asking for advice. As I did not receive any reply from them I decided not to play there.

On January 24 goldclub support sent me a mail informing me that I would receive $20 in complimentary credit to my first purchase, just because it is January. As goldclub seems to belong to the reputable and reliable casinos on the net I did the download once more and this time I had no problems in installing their software. So I decided to test them and purchased credits in the amount of $30. However I have not yet received their bonus on first purchases. This time I sent them three mails, two to the general support and one to the manager of the support asking for the welcome bonus they promised. But so far I have not
received any reply from goldclub. So I am still waiting for the $20 but I do not really believe that I will ever get them.

I've never tried Gold Club but I tried Goldkey casino and didn't get the free $25 promised from them. They didn't reply to my emails either. Also, on the multiplayer blackjack I saw some really weird things.

Has anyone else had trouble with Ezecash (goldkey use them) and strange error messages when purchasing ecash? I would have double purchased if I hadn't thought to check with my online banking to see that the purchases were successful. I also had to email them twice because a purchase attempt had been declined (due to requiring 'manual verification' of the details according to the error message) even though it had been debitted from my bank account. Firstly they said to try purchasing again (!) and finally they put the credits in my ecash account (I'd already explained that the credits had been taken from my cleared bank balance).

By the way, the 'declined' error message actually said to try and purchase again later, even though the purchase was already taken from my account.

Also I've noticed that Ezecash support emails come from the same computers as the support emails from the casinos it serves. This includes Planet Luck and a lot of other casinos. Why would the support of a casino and the ecash company be by the same people?

According to the Bear Sterns online gaming report,
www.planetluck.com is operated by the Global Media Group, runs Handa Lopez software, and the domain registrant is Ed Servicio. Handa Lopez software has a bad reputation.

Most of the other casinos licensed in the Dominican Republic are licensed to Technologia, JPR Inc and also run the Handa Lopez software. They also run the $25 bonus offer.

I started the Planet Luck thread on here so I have strong doubts that the software is fair. It shouldn't be too difficult to test it. I wrote to Antoine about it who is the webmaster of

and who promotes Planet Luck and other casinos with the same software. I asked him to test Planet Luck himself but I haven't had a reply from him.
