I'm just stating once and for all that Golden Palace and Microgaming blackjack is fair. I just played there today and won an amount which had a 1% chance of happening. This was a consistent winning streak over hundreds of hands of blackjack.

Dear Ohlone,

Congrats on your winnings at Intercasino! Normally, the snail-mail "pin" mailings take about a week (a hassle), but once you're able to withdrawal money, Cryptologic is pretty effecient. The have people sitting by the phones around the clock (I've had techno glitches with my software) and they are pretty helpful.

I just thought I'd clear up the matter. If I'd had a losing streak as much as my winning streak today, I would have definitely thought it was rigged.

William Hill casino another bunch of small-time cheaters?

The site of www.williamhillcasino.com displays a promise to give $25 to anybody who deposits $25 for the first time.

I was careless enough to believe this and I opened my account # 495640 with William Hill online casino, which I regret now. Since I have chosen to deposit/withdraw via ECP (electronic check processing), I signed a special contract with Cryptologic, the casinos e-cash company. My application was approved and $5 was credited to my casino account by Cryptologic as a confirmation.

After the activation and after I got my PIN two weeks later, I deposited $25 into my account with William Hill casino on Feb., 23. It was my first ever deposit with this casino. No bonus. I reminded about the bonus. Still no bonus. Instead the casino gave ticket #820. I reminded once again. No response at all this time.
.
I feel cheated because this promise of the free $25 was a public offer and, once accepted by me, it has became a binding contract. So, effectively, the casino is trying to steal my money.

My latest email to support@williamhillcasino.com was ignored altogether which means the casinos service standards are good for nothing in addition to their being plain thieves.

I recall that when I started to play at First Live, this casino also tried first some smalltime cheats, like their failure to refund $1.

No reason whatsoever has been ever provided by William Hill casino to justify their behavior.

Hey, people from William Hill, come out from wherever you are hiding now and try to explain this.

Dear Evgeuni

If you'd like to check your e-cash account, you'll find that this matter has now been sorted.

I've also personally deposited an additional $25 in your account for you to play with as a way of saying sorry.

Let me take this opportunity to apologise for the inconvenience caused to you. It was a minor glitch in our systems. let me also apologise for the delay in our support team getting back to you.

As the UK's longest established bookmakers with 1500 licensed betting shops, one of the leading online sportsbooks (willhill.com) and 65 years gambling experience we are not 'another bunch of small-time cheaters'.

We are committed to providing a top quality gaming experience along with 100% GUARANTEED security.

If other readers of this posting would like to visit the site we'd be more than happy to see you at

where you can claim your free $25.

No glitches now either :)

Reliable inside sources have told me to steer clear of Cryptologic casinos. Way too many players have consistantly lost money at these casinos. This company is one of the pioneers in internet gaming, and created the first established casino on the internet (Intercasino). It is also one of the most profitable turnkey providers in existence. The following other casinos use Cryptologic software:

www.thesands.com
www.williamhillcasino.com
www.casino-int.com
www.cyberspades.com

I have never recommended these casinos, nor will I in the furure.

One of Bryan's advertisers is WWTS which runs
Sands Of The Caribbean. In my opinion, Bryan has every right to advertise this site. After all, Cryptologic has proven itself to always pay players efficiently. The cust service is also OK.

My problem with these casinos is I have heard reports from over 70 other players that have consistenly lost money at these casinos. I have also logged on in the multi-player BJ game, and watched players over an extanded peiod of time. I watch all players, but especially those who play perfect basic strategy. Its very rare to see a winning streak, yet losing streaks are extremely common. Since I play in land based casinos all the time, I am well aware that winning streaks occur quite frequently. But not at Cryptologic casinos. Players lose and lose and lose.

It is my humble opinion that William Hill did not fully investigate Cryptologic before making the decision to become a licensee.

I recommend investing in Cryptologic stock because they are extremely profitable. I don't recommend becoming a player in thier casinos. You may have won this one time. But over an extended period of time, it is extremely difficult to be ahead of the game. I'm not just saying this because of my own experiences. I have reports from 70 other players that have used thier service. Cryptologic is a leader in the industry for 4 main reasons:
1) Immediate payouts - faster than anyone else
2) Fast gaming servers - quicker than anyone else
3) Best multiplayer blackjack
4) No accounting errors/billing mistakes with thier ecash software.

But if you rarely have a winning streak, and can't win $$$ over an extended period of time, why play? The whole point of gambling is to walk away a winner. I have talked to insiders in the industry who say to steer clear of Cryptologic casinos.

I must give credit to Andrew and Mark Rivkin forcreating a multi-million dollar empire. The original Intercasino development team consisted of some of the best programmers around. But there are defectors who left this programming team, and have expressed thier dissatisfaction with the GREED of top management. Every decision top management made was kept top secret. Profits became thier only concern. These programmers realized what was going on, had a conscience, and decided to leave.

I went to the Gold Key Casino on valentines day to take advantage of the promotion that they were doing. I bought some chips and tried to play their games. The software that they had kept messing up. I have sent about 5 emails to them so far and have not recieved even 1 response. Does anyone have any suggestions? Although the software errors didn't really make me lose much, I don't feel it is right. I know that this probably sounds like i am angry about losing money, which is not the case. The thing that irritates me the most is the fact that the casino has yet to respond to any of my emails.
