I have had good experiences with them. Looking at my email, my last two cashouts received the automated reply the next day, and notice of payment 3 business days later. Check delivery by mail is about another 2 weeks to the US.

Hi Sari,

I'll contact E. Harbour and see what's up with the delay. Besides that, I just received this email and thought I'd share it with everyone:

A married couple went to the hospital to have their baby delivered. Upon their arrival, the doctor said he had invented a new machine that would transfer a portion of the mother's labor pain to the FATHER.

He asked if they were willing to try it out. They were both very much in favor of it. The doctor set the pain transfer to 10% for starters, explaining that even 10% was probably more pain than the father had ever experienced before. But as the labor progressed, the husband felt fine and asked the doctor to go ahead and kick it up a notch. The doctor then adjusted the machine to 20% pain transfer. The husband was still feeling fine.

The doctor checked the husband's blood pressure and was amazed at how well he was doing. At this point they decided to try for 50%. The husband
continued to feel quite well. Since the pain transfer was obviously helping out the wife considerably, the husband encouraged the doctor to
transfer ALL the pain to him. The wife delivered a healthy baby with virtually no pain. She and her husband were ecstatic.

When they got home, the mailman was dead on the porch.

Dear Bryan,
I know received an e-mail of them saying that they will only send me $798!instead of $1500.
Here is the story:
I sent them a western union payment of $702, it was deposited into my account istantly. I played won, and my bankroll became $1700. I cashed out $1500, and left $200 in my account. The next day, my account bankroll became $900~ I was very astonished, I eneterd my audit trail page and everything was fine there, my cashin showed $1500 to be processed, and my deposited were $702 (westernunion) + $20 Bonus. So I thought that the increase was promtional, and since I made sure that the $1500 were still there, and I called them to make assure of that and they replied that the $1500 will be proceesed shortly. So I played with the $900 and lost them.

Today I got a letter from them saying that they mistakingly double deposited the westernunion amount. However, I only got a single deposit at that time and the second was after I cashed out withour giving me any notice!!! It is not my faultto take them from me!!!!

You know what happened today in a hospital near me. A 2 years old boy stuck his finger in a CocaCola 250ml Glass. They took him to the hospital and the doctors tried to get out using oils, lubricants, etc... But no use.
Finally the cut his finger off.

Bryan have you even played casino alitalia, play big casino... and all those handa lopez casinos you list?
They are just awful.
I seriously think the advertising dollars have gone to your head.
Your views on the casinos is far from objective, this is the last time i visit this site, and i'll recommend to my friends that they also stay away.

Casino Alitalia, etc. -- one great feature of these sites is a blackjack game that allows NO SPLITS. At all. None. Nada.

Where can I find this game in a real life casino?

They do credit back charges promptly, but checks take about 2 months to process, while they carefully brew the magic ink.

Does anyone know of some good multi-player casinos? I am looking for those with Blackjack and poker with reasonable buy-ins. I am already playing at Gold Club and Intercasino.

Hi Robert,

I played at the Atilia Casino when it first came out; perhaps I need to revisit it. As for your comment on advertising dollars, I've eplained this several times in the past: I have never withheld the fact that some of the casinos that are recommended here pay for ad space, but many do not (the Grand Dominican casinos for example). I make it perfectly clear to any casino that decides to purchase space that they must divulge certain information about their business (most online casino information sites do not do this) and if they slack off on customer service and a fair play, their ads get yanked without a refund. How is this being impartial? (and to Carol, how is this deceiving you?)

I wish you continued success in your gambling experiences and hope you have found the information at this site helpful and beneficial.

Sincerely,

Bryan

Hi Sari,

Here's what I received from the English Harbour this morning:

Hello,

Thank you for forwarding this post for us, we will be looking in to this.

Not much of a response. Has anyone else had any recent experiences with English Harbour?

English Harbour-- I have had no problems. Note that the audit trail page you looked at also lists promotions (bottom section). If my account ever has a different balance than you expect, I try to find out the reason and correct it if there is an error. I have had my accounts corrected both up and down to fix errors. (I also had one error in my favor that nobody would talk to me about, so I gave up and kept the money.)

If your bank mistakenly deposits an extra $700 in your account, they will probably want it back as well, whether you already spent the money or not. Unfortunately, right now my bank has mistakenly _not_ deposited money into my account, and this is proving very difficult to fix.

Dear All,

This is what I received from E. Harbour:

Bryan:

This is in response to an e-mail sent to support@englishharbour.com
detailing a problem with double western union deposit made to an English
Harbour player, Sari *****.
In this situation, we mistakenly made a double deposit of a Western Union
into the player account.
When we realized our mistake it was too late, as S. ***** had cashed in the
entire amount of $1500. We e-mailed S. ***** explaining the situation,
after which we came to a mutual understanding. As a result, English Harbour
Casino redeposited the entire amount back to the player account yesterday,
for S. ***** to either cashin or play.

The issue has been resolved and as far as we know the player was satisfied.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any further explanation.

Thank You,

cashier@englishharbour.com

Case resolved....

English harbour checks by default come by regular mail. Your cashout letter should have given you other delivery options, something like $6 registered or $15 FedEx.

Hi,

Thank you all for the experience shared and for a great impartial site.

Just won a bundle at Intercasinos roulette.
Kinda worried. Heard stories about problems with withdrawal on some casinos when theres offered credits involved... Surely some small casinos.
Lets wait ( for the snail mail PIN code) and see.

Ill let you know.

Howdy folks,

I have been doing the online gambling thing now for about 6 months, and have been able to score nearly $10,000 in bonus money alone. It all started with Casino-On-Net, which is easily the best online gambling software available (unfortunately I've been booted but that's a different story).

I have used nearly 40 or 50 different casinos with high success rates. Of course I did have a problem with FirstLive never paying, but that's a given.

2 casinos that I am currently having payment problems with are offshoreaction.com (only $30 cashed out in mid October...no big deal), and the second being majestic-casino.com. I haven't seen anything in your postings regarding this one, and have sent them many emails with no reply. I cashed out $101 on the 16th of December and $187 on the 20th, over and above the 20% bonus that was offered. I have yet to receive payment, and am wondering if anyone else has had a problem with this casino.

P.S. If anyone wants to swap lists of casinos that have offered the best bonuses, and paid, email me at rostov1@hotmail.com
