Appeal to Casino Reps...

Hi everyone,

This is David Brickman Jackpot Factory Spokesperson.

In regards to how US players should deposit at online casinos, its actually an excellent question we and probably every other casino in the industry are trying to sort out. Obviously as a casino this is a priority for us. I will say that there is a lot going on behind the scenes that isnt being posted for a variety of reasons.

Even more of a priority for us is withdrawals. There is obviously a lot of confusion as to how players will get their winnings. At this point we are exploring various options and are getting new updates literally every hour, which is why we arent making posts on our websites. We prefer to gather all the options and then present them to our players.

There is one message which is very important for me to convey: If you are a Jackpot Factory player you have 100% assurances you will get any outstanding funds. It might not come as quickly as you are used to but it will come.

Wish I had more specific for everyone at this time but so far this is it. I will continue to monitor this thread and post new information and I am available via PM as well.

All the best to everyone,

David Brickman
Jackpot Factory Spokesperson.

This was all I was looking for. Some casino reps to step up and simply address the situation. I realize no solutions are at hand, but simply to let the players know they are concerned with our well being. We all are loyal players and deserve to be coddled just a bit.

Thanks David for your thoughtful response!

slotchik I live over 2 hours away from an Indian casino. I have been once and wasn't impressed.

David Brickman is really cool. I am glad he is on here. He took care of the issue I had at his casino A.S.A.P even the operators were nice to me again when I called lol. If there is a way to deposit again David will find one. I am glad I signed up 2 days ago at click2pay before they put a stop to new U.S. sign ups. But who knows how long they will last and I hate to have to rely one company to use. We will wait to see what David finds out and hopefully this will not be the end of on line gaming.

You mean the Ho's(npi) have lost too much as US BASED LVS,WYNN,AND MGM/MIRAGE have began to take over the HO's(pi) market share.................LVS which has already planted their seed in Macau with Wynn having just recently opened are generating tremendous revenues and returns. LVS's SANDS PAID FOR ITSELF IN THE FIRST YEAR IN MACAU.Table game revenues per table were at one time 4 times that of The Venetian in Vegas. They are involved in 7 or 8 more Macau ventures including the multi billion dollar Venetian in Macau..........

The HO family or rather the STDM brought it upon themselves as their customer service was so appalling that Virtual or most RTGs would probably pale in comparison. You wouldnt believe how shabbily you could be treated so if Macau could get rid of them, it would be great. I went to Wynn recently and it was a fine experience. I shall be going to the SANDS and a couple of others on my next visit and hopefully win a few quid to fund my expenses there.

Would you explain why you cannot pay by cheque?
