Apparently fatal bug in Montana Overseas webform

I just tried to file a complaint with Montana Overseas, but when I submitted my filled webform, there was an error page.

What am I supposed to do now?

Try a little latter. I just pounded out an email to RTG to give them a heads up on this.

I still get the same error page. Here's what it says, in case it might help :
