I have to agree, being rude to any CSR is uncalled for. And to use CM as a foundation for that rudeness is also nervy. Olgo probably has no idea who/what CM is or stands for, so to threaten her with that is way out of line.
As far as some are concerned CM probably stands for Crazy Maniac.
