Anyone used Vegas Strip Casino yet?

so I found a no deposit bonus code for this casino, *snip* and won. I sent in my documents about 7 days a go, for a wire transfer. I contacted customer care via lve chat, they said it takes 10-12 days. Just curious if anyone has used them. Thanks

Sometimes it's hard to tell the difference between a legit question and someone posting casino spam as if it was a legit question. Usually when someone posts a link to the website it is the latter. I did apologize in advance, but let me do so again: my apologies, no offense intended.

now i would assume that these "customer service reps" know what kinda buisness they are working for, i would say the chat was abusive but whats more abusive is them stealing peoples hard earned money.

Most of the chat people reps are following protocol. They really don't have a clue about what's considered rogue or not. It's probably some single mom trying to put food on the table. There is no excuse to be abusive.

I agree, there is no need to be abusive. Everyone gets frustrated from time to time, but that does not give anyone the right to down right rude and abusive. The OP should be ashamed of themselves for being so rude. Whether the CSR was right or not, most of the time they are just reading what is put in the notes of the account, they don't write those notes, they are just the poor people that have to read them back to the player.

A part of me feels the OP already knew they weren't going to get their winnings, why else would they go in and start the conversation with the CSR, and then become rude?

The post in itself didnt seem spammy but the link you provided made it look like one. Unawares may click the link and this is usually a gimmick to attract people to visit a website especially those related to porn or gambling.

If this were a virtual casino they could be having different names for the same casino eg Prism and Slots of Vegas. I understand you will not be allowed to claim succesive free chips at one then the other and cash out.

BTW, Olga is a lovely name and there was a little beauty from Romania or some eastern European country who won an Olympics title in gymnastics many years ago.

The fact that they denied my withdrawal and then asked me to deposit was an insult. So I just felt i should insult back. Whether you think its wrong or not, I may have been a little too harsh. I was just a little angry and frustrated and I dont do that type of thing all the time.

I have to agree, being rude to any CSR is uncalled for. And to use CM as a foundation for that rudeness is also nervy. Olgo probably has no idea who/what CM is or stands for, so to threaten her with that is way out of line.

not very relatid to this thread but yes to this casino
they removed my winnings at 1 year and some months ago without break nothing
i make a single deposit of $20 without claim anything (no coupons redeemed, nothing atatched)
i won $200
i try to cash out, they told me that "we will not pay because you are playing with a free chip who has a max cash out of $15"
how its possible?
the fault was mine because i have deposited there without read any experiences of other playrs, after that i begin to search in google and i found that they have lots of money of many players, and i discovered that they are part of the same group of cool cat and others
i know before i deposite i should have remember to check but i didnt, and i stay without the money....
but thats not reason to abuse in live support, i simply uninstall the casino, i found this site, and i begin to play only in acredited casinos and until today no problems with payments without being solved

Where did you get the code? Have a go at them if you must act on your frustrations.. Olga has little to gain from your deposits except for maybe not losing her job which isn't all that joyful if you think about it.

Considering you are the owner of this site, I would have thought you would be above a question like this. So basically you are saying that hey, I'm using a free chip so I guess its okay for the casinos to deny my winnings because I never deposited there before. Especially when you published this casino as a rogue on your own site. I have deposited in a few casinos already and I know the no deposit bonus rules. I never broke any of them.
