Anyone receiving Christmas Bonuses from any casino yet?

While I realize this update is a bit late, but this late update is mainly because of Slotocash taking there sweet time.
So I got a late Christmas/New Years gift of $100. Cashable, or play it however I want it type of deposit, which was nice.
Then they had a facebook drawing for a 300% exclusive match bonus, plus if you busted out on that you got a $50 freebie on top of that. My only complaint? The 300% match bonus, for my $30 deposit, had a 35 times playthru, plus a max cashout of $700. I was like really? Your going to give me an exclusive match coupon, but with a max cashout. I made a comment that maybe in the future for such drawing maybe a max cashout rule should be published before people get all excited about these promotions.
Now the chip also had a 10 times max cashout rule of $500. Which I suppose for an RTG freebie should be expected.
I think I liked the New Years offer a bit better. $100 to do with whatever I wanted, and didn't even have to deposit for it. Well other than I'm sure my loyalty.

Damn, congrats for that chip. I was a daily depositer at Desert Nights (the Rival) all through 2012 and think I rec'd a $7 Happy New Year chip from them & Slots Capital (the old Sloto Rival - I don't play the RTGs). Basically, while this may seem childish to some, I decided that if they didn't appreciate my loyalty I am returning the favor. No deposits in the new year, anywhere. It's not a "I quit gaming" thing - just a "heck with you, too" thing. These companies should know by now that players from some parts of the world are on edge enough about playing, and should do anything in their power to keep us happy, but apparently not. So I finally decided to vote with my $. (And yeah, it really is childish - I didn't get a nice reward so I took my toys and went home, but whatever.)

IMO having a "prize" that involves giving the casino money is ridiculous.

It's like the birthday emails with "Happy Birthday! Give us some more of your money and we will generously match it for you and make you wager it just like any other day of the year".

Funny thing is, when I first started online, a casino that had a max cashout on a deposit bonus would be a pariah and laughed out of existence....in fact, even freebies were unrestricted. It was wonderful.....until the advantage players and bonus whores ruined it for everyone as usual. It may not have been completely sustainable in the original form, but bonuses in general would be far more generous and far less restricted if it wasn't for these people.

I remember when the first rivals came out....cocoa casino and pantasia. Awesome games, awesome promotions, very fast payouts, responsive and involved reps. I recall getting at least 3-4 freebies a week (I'm not a huge depositor) of up to $100....8-10x WR and no max cashout....plus 200% bonuses with 10xwr and no max cashout.

Ahhhh the memories. It's I.interesting to note that many players are still bonus banned to this day because of how generous they were back then. Unless you were off your rocker completely, it was almost impossible to lose playing these bonuses. It's a fatal flaw in their banning system, and has no doubt cost them thousands of loyal players over the years.

My personal scrooge award goes to the bellrock group, over the xmas season cancelled all their regular tournaments to be replaced with 3 minute "festive" ones each with 999 addons, and prize pools unreachable to anyone who did not use at least 100-150 of those addons.
