Hey there!

Question about CircleBet Sportsbook and Casino - mostly MG slots. Anyone played there? It's not listed in the accredited section. Good experiences with cashouts? They've sent me an email that I am eligible for a 200% first deposit bonus up to € 200, not bad...

Thanks!

Yes i played there and forgot to look carefully at their terms and conditions....

I deposited 200 got a 200 bonus. Played a load of slots and got my balance up to various figures..at various points i also checked on my wagering. The CS were very helpful and told me how much more i had left to do etc. I got up to 3k and had 12k wagering left ..then dropped to 2k and had 4k left. Finally i felt i had cleared it and sitting on a balance of 1.7k.

I sent them another email to check now and they was a surprising delay. Finally they informed me i had broken a term and condition which is the max bet size is £5 per spin!

Alas to say they took all my winnings. It very much felt like they were waiting to sting me. They could have told me earlier on ( they definitely knew) and saved me all the hassle.

I hate that
When terms and conditions like this are applied to bonuses, the player should be automatically blocked from breaking them. Like some kind of warning coming up on screen like:

"The terms of your bonus forbid bets of this size, please lower your bet..." or "The terms of your current bonus forbid play on this game, please try another game..."

But oh no, some casinos hide little terms deep within the small print, and feed you enough rope to hopefully hang yourself with.

Not only they wait you by the corner with those rules and like you say their software will mostly encourage you to break it than stop you. I played at Sports didn't even break the rules, acted by their letter and my money were lifted for breaking other invented rules. I proved them they got wrong with solid arguments unbeatable ones and nothing, on the contrary they continued to defy me when answer (rarely) with same awkward clearly for them breaking of terms, of course without any specific argument, a random rule, break it, BANG! 1284 Euros are gone. Circlbet employees swipe your funds and if you ask why? they just copy an random issue from the list given to them by the farmer who own the bookie no matther what, or the dozen of arguments you bring to contradict this. Off course, all TAIN bookies do business in this manner, their licensing administrator Curacao Egaming probably take their part just for being there shown on site like they have a license, in reality Curacao gambling commission do not exist, at least for players.

About Curacao licenses a discussion already had place on this forum as I could find- hxxp://www.casinomeister.com/forums/online-casinos/40298-egaming-license-curacao.html
