Question Anyone Play at BGO, or have info about them?

Got an offer fro BGO online, IOM registered, various softwares good bonus WR - checked their T&C's seem very good even stipulating what happens if you overbet in breach of your bonus WR (the amount for the overbet is added back on to your WR at 7.5x).

Any knowledge welcome, ta in advance.

imo very very good casino to play at. I have made about 5 wds, and paul flushed them all for me. I don't understand this overbet rule because when I joined, there was no rules on how mush one could bet. have they changed this?

OK thanks people, I have signed up, e-mailed CS my documents (I don't deposit usually BEFORE they are confirmed verified) and as no live chat at this hour am waiting for verification confirmation, then I'll have a go.
Bit concerned about the 5-day payout mentioned above though, and the fact you can reverse for a period? OK if the rep can flush it, but pending periods are a bit stone age now.

I made a w/d this morning still pending, and have contacted the rep 48 hours ago but not heard anything back since. I hope it's just a weekend thing. The site is good though, I like it. in my experience with paul the rep, he don't work weekends. he prob mail you back tomorrow to confirm flushed.
I read the new term of £25 limit a bet here, but I ask paul on here is double up on slots included in this max £25 bet, or just bet size?

The new term added to the site regarding fair play rules is to help us control exposure when giving away large bonuses. If we're giving people the chance to get £500 in bonus cash then we want to make sure we're not going to get turned over by £100 Slots spins or even money Roulette bets. Hopefully you guys here can appreciate that and I think it's the fairest way of allowing people to play on any game they like when they have a bonus and still control our own liability.

Of course there is a certain amount of discretion involved. If someone has a history of solid £50 bets or more on a game then we'd never penalise them for playing the same as they always do just because they claimed a bonus, but we have to be crystal clear about what can happen in our T&C's.

when I signed up it was x4 d/b wr and slots counting 25%. so altogether x32 bonus wr. I believe its now x40 wr. if u look in ur wallet it tells u how much u have left to wager too.

Yes, that seems the case, just wanted confirmation I was getting it! I just noticed that the two respective balances were behaving oddly when I played. The problem I had was that when I lost my deposit and played with the bonus, the winnings went into the 'real cash' balance even though it's non-withdrawable. Then as soon as that happened, the remaining bonus stuck until I lost the 'real cash' (non-withdrawable) balance. It seems from the rep that the whole bonus reverts to cash once WR is met, but the way I saw it was that in effect it seems almost impossible ever to withdraw the bonus and free your cash. In theory it's like the MG bonus (not the one released in 10% increments) which clears all at once when the WR is complete, but there is NO clearplay system - you cannot forfeit bonus at any point and withdraw the cash part of your balance. The bonus is sticky until used fully on the qualifying deposit. 'Real cash' is most certainly not real cash. I would personally NOT recommend people take the SUB offer.

The games though are smooth, the site is easy to navigate and personally I think it's one of the better places to play. Verification was quite quick as well. Rep responds promptly too.

One thing he never told me, was why they do not have TSII on the MG games??? Weird. After I asked that, I also noticed Wild Rockets is missing from the Netent list. Why are two of the most popular games missing?

without explanation, there's only speculation - I'd think for transparency, there's no really good reason not to share. Perhaps if youre unwilling, another rep can shed some light as to what that rationale might be

you allowed to put on your site what you want, you should not need to explain about the 243 payline slots. you have been honest enough also about doubling counting shortly no longer going to count for wr. again your allowed to set your own rules. I have only ever had one problem with your bonus system. my wagering was not counting down at all one Friday night. I got up Saturday morning, and this updated straight away. to me it don't mind what you do with the bonus. I play slots, i look at my wagering and have only ever had that slight problem.

No Neteller or Skrill. Very poor IMO. If I deposited via credit card, the only way I could withdraw would be by bankwire which costs STG15 and takes a week.

Also, 72 business hours pending.

I used a card there, so didn't notice that regarding Neteller/Skrill. That is unusual, and slows down w/d's.
72 pending, unless you ask Paul (like I did) to flush. This is not good admittedly as it is not player friendly, and secondly when this point was raised months back in another thread which I read, Paul did say they were looking at speeding it up, which obviously hasn't happened. It shouldn't just apply to those like myself who can contact Paul, but all players.
Some accredited sites have 48-96-hour pending, but very few over 48, so they technically can become accredited I suppose. I can't see why they couldn't become accredited, but when you can go to Guts/Unibet/Heyppoker/Betsson etc. for the same games and fast withdrawals, what reason would you have to join apart from the SUB? So yes, w/d's need to be speeded up to put them in the same bracket.

As for the 243-way games, I would suggest they are too handy for grinding bonus out. I notice they have Texas Tea from IGT, but that is excluded from bonus WR. The sites I mentioned above do have those games, but don't offer the 200% SUB, so that could be the reason.

Some fair questions being made, let me answer some!

243 Payline games - nothing sinister I assure you. When I say 'business decision' you have to remember there is much more at play than what the player sees. We have a great relationship with Microgaming and they're helping us get their best content live again asap.

72 hour withdrawals - you're quite right that this is too long and I have promised to speed this up. Presently we need this breathing space to check play and cover large withdrawals if we have any. We ringfence the sum of player balances and the 72 hours allows us time to make sure the amount in that account never drops below the balance liability. We can process transactions quicker when requested but offering this as standard practice can't be done at the moment.

Neteller/Skrill - watch this space. It's in the Dev queue and should be with us shortly. We're open to all jurisdictions where gambling is legal but building a gaming business from the ground up means we don't have the immediate benefits of an 'out of the box' package offered by the major providers. On the flip side, we control absolutely everything and have our own license, so you have much more security as a player and you know who it is you're dealing with.

Finally, bonus WR not reducing. I know that this CAN happen but it shouldn't. I will of course check every instance but rest assured the system cannot simply 'miss' transactions, the bonus and transactional systems work in tandem so wagers will always count towards any active bonus.
