Anyone iNetBet w/d info help

Can someone please tell me if I buy a Netspend disposable and I happen to win (wishful thinking) at InetBet do I still have to give them any major information other than picture ID? Also, I have tried to fax them information 3 x's awhile ago and they never got faxes they said. Now I'm afraid to send anything. Is there a special way of dialing to them? Do I have to dial special #'s first? I have asked them and no answer??? Thanks in advance for any help! :confused:

I am not sure why you would post these questions here rather than simply asking us directly at the Casino.
If you have any such queries please direct them to [email protected] and they can answer these for you.
If you are in the US you need to dial the international dialling code prior to the fax number given. This is 011 then the nuumber.

I really don't like what you are implying like I started two posts just to make iNetBet look bad. I didn't mean to start two post I didn't think the one went through and I did another. The moderator can take one off since I don't know how to do it. Your response though I did that 3 x's and still you guys say you never received docks. It is hard to talk with iNetBet because it is over emails would be a lot easier if you guys got a phone number like other casinos. I honestly don't see what is wrong with me asking about a casino to other player's anyway this is what this room is for!

Hey Inet Rep., you never have answered my query as to why you need a picture ID in the first place?? You've never seen me, how would you know me? Also, you said you needed it for my signature. How would you know it was my signature?? What do you compare it to?? You seem very upset every time someone posts anything about your site here, why? If you are above board, it shouldn't bother you that we ask public questions. Makes you look kind of shady in my opinion. I've heard so many good things about Inet, but it is just too much damn trouble to play here it appears. Good luck guys, hope you're in good shape with all the hoop jumping they make you do.

i have never had a problem with inetbet , they have always paid me prompt and i had no hoops to jump thru...could it be the method of which you deposited, bank card, ect, where they may just want to protect themselves from fraud, not saying this your case at all, but i would imagine there are some out there who have used other peeps cards without their knowledge, just my 2 cents for what its worth:)

Maybe its a case of 'your face doesn't fit', maybe thats why they want photo id, if they don't like the look of you they mess you about:). As an aside, I have also never had a problem with either deposits or withdrawals

What makes you think that iNetBet is getting upset?

As for ID docs - it's normal procedure for all casinos to request these - many of which are required to have on hand for auditing purposes. Once these have been submitted, then it's smooth sailing from there. I really don't see what you're getting all bent out of shape about.

Their EXACT response was: "We are not aware of any emails not being answered

My response was not very kind either, but I was offended.

My point is iNetbet is a casino that pays fast, but their customer
service leaves much to be desired, which I have told them on many occasions.
They seem irritated by every email I send as an affiliate
so I do not contact them anymore.

Packer31, I really do not see what your gripe is here. All of your queries were answered in my PM to you. If you have any others then please PM me and I can again answer these for you.

Our fax back procedure has been in place for many years. We make no secret of this requirement on our site. We also try to make is as simple and trouble free as possible. If players do not wish to follow this procedure then they are free to play elsewhere.

We do not specifically ask for a picture ID. It is just some form of ID which can be used to verify the sign up details are correct and the person is who they say they are etc.

The fax back form policy is primarily in place to deter credit card fraud. This is obviously a huge issue which has to be addressed in some way or another. If this requirement stops fraudsters from depositing with us, using stolen/fraudulent information, then all the better. Not just for us but also the unfortunate person whos details are being used without permission.

This procedure is also now a requirement of our processors. So we actually have no choice in this matter.

Getting back on topic Lisa10xxx we are still awaiting some form of contact from you.

As a completely impartial outsider looking in, with limited (but positive) experience of Inetbet from a while ago - it seems the main (recurring) problem with Inetbet is response to emails.

Is this something they acknowledge as an organisation and are taking steps to sort out?

Reading between the lines of every other 'issue' that comes up - they seem pretty much faultless.

Never play at Inet, but that sounds really peculiar. Any simple programer could create an automatic response that fills in the first 3 and last 3 lines of the email, and the main boddy would be entered by the CS, and would sign off depending who is sending the email, so you can see who that "snooty" support is :confused::D (put both smileys in, so you cant read my emotions :lolup:)

CM, I'm not bent out of shape at all. I just have never ever been asked for documents anywhere, and I just would like to know what kind of "security" I am getting by submitting these docs. There is no way that anything I send in can be verified as mine anyway from just receiving it. Again, I have never been asked to supply anything anywhere with no problems. I still haven't received any cogent reason for the dog and pony show of IDs, etc.

Perhaps the Inet rep is kind of overbearing in their posts, so he/she comes across like they are being bothered with our questions. Hell, I'm more concerned with giving my docs. to them than vice versa, I mean why would they want my personal info and open themselves up for problems if my identity was ever stolen. If security is so important, why don't other sites ask for it up front and not just when I want to withdraw?? Why do the places I play never even ask for it?? I think they know that the whole ID thing is BS anyway, IMO. As you can tell, I'm very passionate about this whole subject as it smells like a pile of BS to me.

Also, if Inet is so concerned about legal matters, (identity theft, fraud, etc.) why do they allow US players to use their site?? After all, technically it is illegal for them to even accept a deposit from me or pay me. Obviously the legal aspect isn't what drives these requirements, I mean, if you are driving the getaway car from a bank robbery are you really going to worry about driving the speed limit??? I just don't get it I guess. Don't get me wrong, I participate as well, but I don't ask the casino for anything except my money when I win. If someone has made multiple deposits from the same account with no problems, common sense indicates that the player is who they say they are.

Sorry for the multiple posts, but Inet, you obviously haven't answered my questions or I wouldn't continue to ask. I really don't care what your requirements are as I don't play your site. I just don't appreciate your high horse attitude about legal matters when you surely will agree that you are breaking US law yourself. It hurts your credibility in my eyes. You know the saying about people in glass houses??? So good luck all, Inet, please think about getting a little more approachable attitude o.k.??

i am by no means a big inet player, but still occasionaly use the casinomeister tuesday bonuses. never had any luck but have never had any problems either and generally had a good time. my impression, though, is that they have been very credible and their rep is efficiently active. they routinely send me little bonuses even when i haven't played in a while and they seem to try to address concerns here on the board actively. Really, one of the few RTG's i would ever recommend to anyone. I have a very good impression of them, from my experience and reading the forum. Now for the smiley faces.... :D:D:D:D:D

I also think it's really funny how some smileys' really changes the tone of a message. i expect to see future inetbet posts with a few of them from now on, lol. :D:D:D:D:D

Take a deep breath hon! I understand (believe me) how you feel. I too feel that I am bothering them when I have a question and EVERY time I make a post, the first thing they say is "Id appreciated if you kept this information off the boards"

I am sorry, but if you have to go as far as posting on the boards, doesnt that show that they are not handling things the most efficient way. After almost 2 years of playing at tons of casinos, this is the first I had to openly post about receiving docs, bank info, withdraw questions etc...

I too dont know why you guys put this casino on such a high pedestal, because they have fast payouts? Arnt they suppose to pay fast. That is like thanking a father for babysitting his own kids. And to tell you the truth, If I have to hear one more time "I wish we could ....." when they know they can but dont feel like it, Im gonna burst

A casino is a business....you take money , you either give the product if you win or handle customers as you would if they were staring you in the face. They only look so great because there are so many Rogued RTG's. If other RTG's got their act together than Inet wouldnt be so up there. In other words, dont praise a casino because they do what their suppose to do, you praise a company because they go BEYOND and not having live chat is needed and they need to go further before getting so much praise

Anyway Pacer lol......I derailed my own post......I dont think you should chat about US laws and such because they may take that as a threat and since you do partake, you may only be hurting yourself sweetie!
