... I mean, I know there's really no news to be had, but I was thinking of sending them a whineygram, just on general principle.

I mean, it just feels wrong to have a few grand tied up, and not at least send an email or two?

Latest is that the lawyer for Lawrence and Lefebvre - one Peter Nieman - confirmed late last week that a fourth extension to the trial date has been applied for by the DoJ and granted. The new court appearance date is now May 16.

Considering that these two guys were arrested January 15, it seems to be taking some time for the feds to assemble a case and formally indict them. Meanwhile they are confined to New York and had to post massive bail to be released from custody a couple days after their arrest.

As you probably know, a couple weeks back Neteller said they were going to return account balances to players, but they gave themselves a long timeframe in which to do so (I forget what it was - it's in Casinomeister News for those that want to refer to it)

The Neteller Coalition seems to have gone rather quiet lately - last I heard their numbers were growing fast, as was the running total of frozen player funds they were putting together. Does anyone here have up-to-date figures from them?

I read that the coalition was working on a website w/forum, but haven't heard anymore about that? There are hardly any posts in the Yahoo group anymore -- they just stopped. Maybe they moved off and didn't tell me? :D

"Sigh" I miss my neteller funding and funds for that matter :(

I sometimes go visit my 0 balance account with several pending transfers stuck out in limbo just to be reminded how much of a gamble gambling has become lol.

It appears that most members of the Neteller Customer Coalition are keeping their powder dry until the 75 day deadline for the release of the payment plan comes in a few weeks.

If that deadline passes without something solid announced, then expect the membership to go into high gear again.

There are currently 746 members with a total of over $4 million in frozen funds.
