anyone having problems at GUTS

I had no end of grief yesterday at Guts.

Net-entrails games wouldn't load in IE so had to go across to Chrome.

TSII kept doing long spins (along with the usual awful Quickfire lag on winning spins) and sometimes got the 'no response from server' error so had to reload it.

DoA kept doing long spins and then saying 'game not available' in Chrome, plus the balance was all over the place, debiting spins 2 games behind plus doing the MG viper trick of adding winnings from the next spin to the balance before it had completed!

I tried to change my RG settings, and when I pressed 'change' on the deposit limit the box stayed light blue so I couldn't edit the amount (should have gone white!) but it did let me fill a tick-box in to remove it altogether!

I made a small profit over a very frustrating 3 hours, withdrew, but after I finished I was so annoyed I set a 'session limit' of 5 minutes effectively stopping me playing for a while.

Can't be doing with that again for a while!

Exactly my experience, but dealing with it for 2 weeks!

Like I said, as I have always been an advocate of theirs, I bit my tongue and did 'suck it up' for quite some time until now. However there does come a time when everyone reaches their breaking point.

Had I received some notification that they were experiencing continued issues, I may have felt otherwise, however I was allowed to continue making large deposits thinking the issues were resolved, only to experience the same problems over and over.

Hence my complaint here, and my comments regarding ceasing play there until I do receive notification that the problems have been 100% resolved, and not just resolved for the next 10 minutes.
 
tried to log in after reading previous posts and wasnt able to, so got on to chat who said i was the only one having problems, so me deposit went to someone else.
 
Regretting your vote because they have server issues :confused:, its irrelevant whether you spend 2k or £20 its a EM problem I can bet GUTS are just as annoyed as we are. It does not take away from the fact that at present they are the best casino out there, yeah they have had a few problems the last few weeks but just suck it up I am sure they will be back on track soon

We know abit more than others which have just started gambling ect, If some person came on here seen all the good feedback and deposit than sites down & they loss customers, Not only have myself and alot of other members that no the score & how good they are have ended up shutting shop, Its a bloody big business out there in the gambling world,

No lol, Only ever played about 3 games on it as tape took long time to load & always crashed, If I remember it was about 25 years ago and I remember exactly what it cost £60 second hand like,
Seems that theses casinos are still using them

Also remember about 3 years later my dad bought me a honda H100 (motorbike) Pristine condition and that only cost £25 did I have some fun on that :) Every time the old man went work I was out, Im only 34 but still fell alot younger & used to fill a jerry can up for £1.50
 
This is also my favourite casino and sets an example to the rest of the industry, its just so annoying that these problems have not been ironed out since its inception.

We have tried to give as much notice as possible with any downtime that occurs but for the majority of the time we have no notice and are as surprised as you are.

We have a technical team on our side with an open line to EM 24/7 so any immediate downtime can be actioned from our side and we can provide as much notice as possible to our customers.

We do have a solution in place for the future but it will take some time to action.

Again, I am very sorry for the issues, this is obviously not how I want Guts to be portrayed and we will fix this.

Ben, You are one of the best reps and casino, A few people know that its not the casino fault, & one of the few that actually close the casino down when problems, But for god sake change the platform, Unsure what's involved but not doing you no favours at the mo

I know you are trying Ben and it must be as frustrating for you as it is for everyone else. Hopefully all up and running smoothly again as it must be costing a fortune as I know I tried depositing a couple of times but site was down so ended up giving the bookies the deposits.

Hopefully be all good tomorrow as want to deposit and play at what is still best casino out:D

By all means feel free to 'suck it up' yourself, however like many here I have reached my point of being patient after 2 weeks, and choose to voice my complaint like everyone else here.

Oh I do suck it up, as I say its not their problem and change takes time, I am not so fickle to moan about giving them my vote, its a problem not just affecting GUTS but many other EM casinos.

Simple if you have a missus that sorts out probs and she not no soting it than get rid and get a new one, I no I sound like ans arss but its not difficult

really though how simple is it? you have previously asked if they can change from EM so really we don't know how easy or difficult it is

Depends on your personality - I'm very impatient so it annoys the hell out of me, you may be more tolerant. I had 1 disconnect on TSII about every 10 minutes at the end, DoA every 5 or 6 minutes. Your session may simply last a bit longer than you're used to. then again, it may not be as bad tonight.:confused:

No it just sounded like you said if you had a wife that stopped sorting out your problems you would get rid of her and find a new one :lolup:
 
I gave it a shot as my match expires at midnight :oops:

There definitely was some lag and I had some disconnects.

Buttons lit up mid-spin and my balance flickered...

I tried paying little attention to it though, as I may have found some patterns...

My advice would be not to offer a major deposit bonus when systems are unstable.

Yeah, I forgot to mention that one regarding the buttons lighting up mid-spin. Did it on DoA during slow spins, which I presume indicated the result had actually come back from the server and the reels were due to stop any minute...:D
 
Like a said before, i dont want to play when the platform is unstable.
Lets say i win big and the they say that due to issues with the platform there was a bug on just that game, will they then void my winnings?
