anyone having problems at GUTS

This is insane moaning. . I also played yesterday and today. . A little bit of lag. Deal with it ....

Wll, if you have a fave casino then it always irks you if other people moan about it. That said, you can't condem people for sharing their poor experiences, as well as their good one's...that is what all forums are for.

At the end of the day, we are talking about people spending (and maybe losing) their very hard earned cash. If GUTS (or any other) casino are not up to scratch for whatever reason then customers will quite rightly moan about them.

For me, I have no idea how they can have a rating of 9 + after what I've experienced but I'm the not the be all and end all of all this, I'm just one unhappy customer. But if, as above, the reps are going to lie to people and tell them the casino is fine when it clearly isn't then what do they expect?
 
Yes not to bad, and free spins come without wager, I was going to take it up, Infact I did but had trouble after I clicked deposit button, Oh well just have to hope I get some bonus emails tomorrow, Did you manage a win?

No!! cant hit anything, I had the same problem with deposit, had the close the web page 3 times before it would work

In a way you're right of course. It's the same people saying the same thing that's bothering me.
Mostly it's not just in one thread either. It's like they are searching for a thread where they can complain or help someone else by feeling sorry for them and moan a little more. That is frustrating to read.

I also wonder how it come that some never or rarily complain or at least are doing it in another way.
You can actually complain in a nice way too, or talk directly to the rep. I think they appreciate that more.

they have only been having problems for a few weeks and IMO I think they thoroughly deserve the 9 + rating, the problem is out of their control, BUT they have got things in the pipeline to stop this its jut going to take time

Can you explain why I am now getting harassed weekly with duplicates of your promo e-mails (I don't mind the e-mails as the setting suggests) via SMS text message? Getting a bit p*ssed-off with it now.

Well i am in weekly playing 10 casinos so what ? Most of them use everymatrix and is lagging. But my writing was that this and many other threads are just blaming Guts. .

10 of 10 in my casinos are having same problem. .

It's a simple case of 'One man's meat is another man's poison' - It's all a question of taste (and experience)...I'm not saying they shouldn't have a good rating, I'm just saying I can't (in my experience) understand why, that's all. :p
 
Funny...post a dozen times about a casino being good and referring people there...and no one bats an eye....share any negative experiences about said site and get ripped a new one on the forum and in private messages. Speaking for myself....i sing praises to the mountaintops when i am happy with a service and i complain and kick at the dirt when i feel i am not getting good service.....i bounce between both extremes as i see fit because i can the forum allows for free speech...thats just me. I could bite my tongue and say nothing negative...ever...but i find much more benefit in people sharing experiences good and bad. And if a lot of people are complaining about Guts...it is because Guts is awesome and have set the bar quite high for themselves. It is a sign that they are the top dog...and last time i checked any exposure is good exposure. Call it free advertising for them to be on everyone's minds and tongues. :) I really hope they fix all the issues. In the meantime i played DOA just yesterday at Guts and at 2 other casinos. DOA itself works fine on a different server....doesn't seem a netent issue to me. I trust guts will work out the issues...and i am patient in that i do keep checking in and trying again and again....but don't try to shame me for sharing my experiences along the way.

But its abit sneaky the way they have done it, Yes, send me sweet deals and offers. But does not state by email or sms, Than goes on to say Yes, please send me exclusive offers by SMS. So they can say the SMS are only for exclusives but sweet deals could also mean my email & SMS,

As I said I am not complaining about this but can see why some people do not like it, Maybe there should be an option for emails only

If the bottom box stated by email than you auto think the top one would of been for SMS

Instead I think it's best here as a video saves a thousand words. Watch it after about 6 mins 20 secs of normal TS2 play. :mad::mad:

After about 8 minutes the curse-count rockets but you'll see why........

Weird re your experience. Guts is one of the few sites where I haven't had any issues, lag or disconnections. Could it be poor server routing to specific providers?

Sorry to hear about the bad experience. I talked with our support and tried those games myself as well but they seemed to work ok. Hopefully it was just a momentary glitch as we haven't gotten complaints about similari issues today. Can feel your pain as it can be very frustrating.

It's a recurring problem since day 1.

Personally I just gave up.

I'm sorry to report that Dunover is not alone.

Guts was my No.1 site but due to the problems etc I have unfortunately reduced my deposits some what.

I appreciate that there is 'Work in progress' however said work seems to be going on forever and a day!

Guts were well worthy winners of this years CM award and I personally want you to stay that way, but you really need to get this sorted NOW otherwise I can envisage you receiving a totally different award this year :(

Timo, are there plans to distance from/terminate the relationship with EveryMatrix, or is this going to be the "occasional" answer that plagues us as randomly as these issues don't seem to be going away.
I still get lag, cannot do anything but Auto-Spin or risk problems with NetEnt and Quickfire games.
I still see if I won or not prior to any spins playing out on NetEnt games, but only on the Everymatrix server. Surely packing up my toys and taking them to a new playground is not the answer, but I have more fun watching my cat clean himself than playing games that don't work. I think Dunover's frustration is echoed by most if not all.
I don't think you want players leaving you in droves, but I get the sense that is where this is headed.
Guts has pretty much perfected the casino formula, all except for the ongoing GAMES issues, the most vital part of the casino experience. Not a week, not a month, but since last year this has been going on.
I know this errs on the side of negative, but I am quickly tiring of seeing so many others complain of the same things I do, and get told that it's just me, or a weird coincidence etc. It's clearly to do with Everymatrix, when can we expect this to be addressed?
 
Guts site been a bit slow, took an age to load slots no matter what I click...
Was working perfect yesterday...
