I tried to create an alias today to play some tournaments at 32Red but I get the same message "There has been an error. Please contact your service provider."

I talked to support but they say there's nothing they can do and they would contact someone to look at it.

Has anyone else ever had this problem and had it fixed?

I tried creating different aliases but I get that message even when I just try to check the availability of the new alias.

Same here. Either someone fixed it or it fixed itself.
