Anyone else thinks House of Doom is so great?

Hi everybody :)

Got some time to try out new and relatively new or popular slots during the weekend and can say that Play'n GO's "House of Doom" was so so nice to me!

I played it on all possible minimums :D 0.10 bet and €10 deposit (not so much of the use for online casinos from me :p )
In a short time my balance was around €60 (would be more if I didn't press 20 spins autoplay on 1.50 bet accidentally twice  ). I know this amount might be funny, but I was impressed by frequency of Doom Spins and Bonus game! It was like every 5th-6th spin was one of these at some moment. And spins would go to 45 sometimes or more with 10-20 euros reward.

I was just testing this game (better with minimums than free play mode) and I've never reached 500% increased starting balance in such short time, with that funny minimum bet. And never had free spins and bonus games so often! Very exciting game in my opinion :)

What are your thoughts and experiences from this game?

(I think I've read somewhere that @dunover made a nice review of it? )

funny i did a 10 deposit earlier and played the finer reels of life min bets
after 15 minutes my balance was at 82.50
since i was doing so well i upped the bet to .90 a spin
it ate my whole balance for no bonus and a .18 wild celebration all within 5 minutes

as for house of doom i've played it once and i didn't like it
all of the bonuses were quite poor

I quite like HoD and it was on my regularly played list until the past couple of weeks.

Best I've managed is about 190x (80 odd FS) on a 0.20p bet

It can however go lengthy spell with very little returns other than constant 2OAK wins which can be a right wind up on a bad day lol

The Skulls seem to quite regularly trigger the FS which is nice but they equally seem to like giving 5x first pick and thus ending the bonus :(

A game I will play again and would rate about 7.5/10 :D

I played it once on small stakes and won a little over a long period so thought it might be a good wagering slot. Although judging by the ever growing list I wouldn’t be surprised if this game is or gets excluded.

Don't really like house of doom - hate the music, the free spins/bonus is a bit rubbish - played it quite a bit the few weeks after it came out to try and get something from it, but it was woeful. Maybe ill give it another try some time, but there's other play n go slots i prefer much more than this.

:)

 but you have to admit the chorus singing Welcome tooo the house of dooooom is a bit addictive :D

Haha. Yes, but not in the way you might think (for me anyway lol).. After listening to it a couple of times it was really starting to grate on my ears - so i rearranged the lyrics and changed them to something very crude but highly amusing (to my sense of humour anyway lol) - so everytime I played it, I just sung my own version to myself which made it more bearable  (though maybe amusing to anyone listening)

I like Play N' Go games especially BOD :)

BOD is probably my overall favourite over the last year, more so the last 7 months. It had a period until recently where I couldn't get a thing on it though - so it got ignored for a couple of weeks whenever i played  Seems back to 'normal' for me now though. For me personally, i find it the best overall 'low roller' slot that I play - the wins you can get from a 10p spin can be really good. When i compare it to some 20p+ spin games ive played, even then they still dont compare to the wins Ive had on BOD. (ok theres maybe other things like luck and whatever, but thats my own personal experience)

Wild heist was briefly my favourite, and is still second behind BOD, but can be a little bit fickle at times - but i still like it nearly as much as BOD. :D

House of doom is way down my list of anything slot related unfortunately

I Have to say apart from a little on Bonanza and its sister from another mother Diamond Mine play&go are the only games i play. Its a gaming platform that to me as moved on miles in the past few years and games like HoD will do that forward no harm at all. The only thing i will say about P&G is they need to get a bit of entertainment in there slots when there Cold as there slots go far more depressing than other platforms when there cold

BoD and Bonanza are the reasons I didn't make a cash-out this time after being so lucky with HoD

btw. One question - What's up with Danger! High Voltage? Why is it so popular? To me it was boring and useless, even with free spins. Shall I play it with big bets? :D

I never really played it much to be honest. maybe 10 or 20 spins now and again to see if i could hit something but never had any luck on it whatsoever. I have played it a little more recently - but that was down to having a really good 15 minutes a few weeks ago where i quadrupled my balance very quickly lol So i kinda kept having 20-30 spins here and there just to see if i could replicate it.. but haven't since. Must have had a couple dozen bonus's and none come anywhere near those i had in that wonder 15 minutes  (i had 2 free spins rounds using gates of hell, and had skulls on reel 1 and 4, with 2 6x wilds in the middle - havent seen anything since like i had in these)

Stopped playing it again now - but as i say, i never played it much to begin with anyway. :)

Loads of potential as is tradition for BTG, Basegame can pay huge amounts if you are lucky enough to get three of the 6x Wilds, Bonuses do also have a lot of potential... Whether it'll show and you'll get a good hit is unlikely at best. I still play it sometimes but almost always the Basegame is absolutely destroying the Balance and i'll end up with a Bonus paying less than 50x

isnt HoD just a reskin of Grim Muerto?

I dont think ive ever heard anyone say Grim muerto is a good slot, so im kinda confused :p
Its similar but not the same i think. In House of Doom there are Skulls - if you get three you get a picking bonus where you can Pick the freespins if you are lucky or coin wins. (Reels 2, 3, 4 afaik)
Three "House of Doom" Symbols trigger the Bonus where the House of Doom symbol becomes wild and expands on illuminated Reels. Also if you get three or more House of Doom Symbols you get +1 Spin/symbol.
