Anyone else having issues with Visa?

Has anyone else had trouble with Visa today?

I have tried to fund Neteller and once that has failed I have tried to fund casino accounts (3Dice) but the transactions are failing but on the other hand at 32red they are going through as normal

Hiya Mate!

US here and I have noticed a short leash on some purchases as of late with RTG play establlishments. I can make one and then am done, until the next business day here in the US. Also have noticed certain RTGs' have provided additional processor options for purchase in the last month or so.

I suspect they are doing their damnedest to keep one step ahead.
