Anyone else getting error 2 on MG-games?

Hi,

These past days i have been getting these "error code 2" on MicroGaming games.

This only happens on one casino, the rest i play on at the moment are running smooth.

Also, all the other games are running very slow between spinns (NetEnt ect.)
 
No problems here. If it is happening at one particular casino that would suggest it is maybe isolated. It might be worth contacting customer support to see if they are aware of any issues.
 
Error 2 (and occasionally Error 112) is very common on Quickspin/EveryMatrix installations, usually at busier times. It seems to relate to server connection delays. There's nothing you can do about it except persevere or sit it out when it happens unfortunately. I have tested many of these casinos and I can't remember one casino where I haven't encountered this at some point but some casinos are better than others, no idea why.

After reading a little on the forum about the casino, i see im not the only on getting lag/error2/slow spinns over there.

The casino is on the Accredited list. Dont know if i should Name the casino, is it ok?

Yes fine. It isn't necessarily the casino's fault IMO and they are not alone plus it does no harm for these issues to be out in the open...it's more likely the way the platform has been implemented.
 
SlotsMillion is the name. I see they have had some of the same problems earlier in their BOF.

Great casino, but damn this lag...

Tried everything. Chrome, Firefox and Explorer. Updated java and adobe flashplayer. Nothing works..
 
From what I can tell, great customer service and very involved ownership/management.

For some reason they just cannot get around certain technical issues for customer in certain countries like Canada, Norway, Sweden etc.

I hope they can get it all figured out, but, Rome wasn't built in a day.

Totally agree! They have a great CS, very friendly and quick to reply..:thumbsup:
 
The infamous "Error 2"!!

Hi Fjellsame and others!

So, the infamous Error 2 arrived to SlotsMillion the other day and in total affected ca. 60 players. The error can be caused by several things and in our case it was one of our updates that affected the communication with the microgaming servers and in some cases took too long to communicate, which resulted in some of the bets and wins to time out. When this happens microgaming has an automatic settlement corner where they collect all of these bets and wins which we need to manually update per player. That has now been done so all affected players' balances have been updated and the law and order has been restored :)

We have also fixed the small issue that was causing this error in the first place, as well as put in place an internal procedure to help anticipate future errors and in that way try to avoid the errors from annoying our players.

Thank you for playing on SlotsMillion and for your patience when issues arise. We aim to continuously improve and deliver en experience well over average. Did you see that we have improved the Rival performance and I think we have the fastest Rival games in history :)

but....
-Still getting the the infamous Error 2 in MG.
-Still getting lag on all the other providers.
