Anyone else experiencing slow cashout from Inetbet.eu?

Change of Heart.

Hi everyone, i was so quick to complain when i thought Inetbet had done something wrong that I should aslo comment when something goes correctly.
After my mishap last week, all is good. They apologized and honored my withdraw. 3 day turn around is pretty damn good for Paymycard option !!! On Sept 11 i requested a payout. I had not used paymycard option before so they sent me a verification form. I get an email from Lynn saying I am good to go for this option. No problem. Unfortunately I spent the small withdrawals request before they got back to me. Monday i send another request for another small paymycard withdraw. I get an email this morning, same person, Lynn, that I need the same paperwork i sent and got an ok on from September 11. Seriously its all Stall tactics. I sent Lynn the email that stated i was all approved and a copy of her email. Lets see what happens.
 
I wish I could say something nice today about inetbet but I am receiving either no customer service or truelly poor customer service at the moment.
Have a withdrawal issue and cannot reach euro support. This morning regular support at least answered some of my emails and when trying them now are they referring me to euro suppport - which is not arround all day or reachable.
I m used to very spotty customer support but today was truelly horrible. When I reached regular support they been a bit rude at points and I always stay polite no matter how annoying the situation so find it hard to find justification for some rude replies that I received. Very dissapointed. I always give them the benefit of the doubt and even with spotty service remained a loyal depositor. Today is the 1st time I acutally think that I cannot continue giving them business if it is so hard to get an answer to an email and if they are so hard to reach or they open ones email but do not bother to reply . I do not like the selective answering of emails (using email software that was posted here that tells me if email was opened or not) They have all been opened but not all received a reply. They do not seem to care. And I dont just use their free chips. I deposit about 1000EUR each month.

So I really might have to finally say that I just have to take my leave from them. Dissapointing for it used to be a lot better and it was my favorite RTG Casino to deposit and play. Not happy.

Yup Inets support sucks for sure. Probably the worst or one of the worst in the business. No live chat and very selective with whom they answer

No way around it even though I know they are accredited here. No doubt they will tell you to check spam filters or they did not get your message. Same excuses they have used for years. Overall no problem with getting paid but if they are problems then your pretty much at the mercy of if they reply or not. And yep Inet can be very very arrogant with replys unless they trying to entice you in.

Much better places to play at for sure especially for EU based customers. Why go through the hassle.

I am starting to question myself. I have been loyal with the Euro inetbet because Tom, when he can be reached, is a great person. I am the loyal sort until I just cannot tolerate anymore.
What bothers me is the selective answering of Emails as was the case with the regular support today. Then you submit several emails for you never had one answered and you get told to not email so much or to listen to what they are saying - when they simply have not bothered to answer the previous emails and/or given me a straight or satisfying answer so I patiently repeat the question trying to point out exactly what I am trying to undersand - and get told I should read what they replied (when my questions have not been answered in the reply) and get told your withdrawal is fine etc. never lost its place in the queue and then later today it is still just sitting there and no one can be reached on the topic or bothers to reply (since I can see the Emails have been opened and viewed).

So yes, today might be the day where I find that I cant tolerate no more. I tried to be loyal, but today might just has done it for me for good. Like I said. Just dissapointing. Shows no concern for the customer at all.

Still receiving no reply from the Euro Support.
Regular Support keeps referring me to them. Saying they can do nothing. Funny, since yesterday they have been the ones to answer my initial email trying to find out why my withdrawal was cancelled and resubmitted (essentially stretching out the processing time so instead of getting paid the next day I was pushed back in the line). They say they have no way of reaching the Euro Support. Frankly, that is not a truth. Only two weekends ago did the Euro Support not answer either and emails gotten returned with an error message that their mailbox is full. I let regular Support know - and there they have been able to get in touch with them and let them know on the error.
So not only is there selective answering of emails ongoing - they also bend things how they need them.
I am not happy having to state such things about them. Far from it. But the way I am being treated is not alright (and I am always polite at all times). Is just sad that they treat their customers this way. And I still have not been paid.

From a once great casino to a casino where you cannot reach Support for days on end or can be bothered to get a reply and a problem taken care of. Wish very much it would be different. Sad.
 
I just got paid. However, never received a reply as to what has happend that my request was cancelled or adjusted and resubmitted and thus pushing me back in withdrawal line.

Two months passed since last reply to this thread. Does anyone have an update? I havent played there since they pulled out that crap. Maybe things got better now?

I have a pending 2500 EUR withdrawal with them now that is over the advertised 24 hour mark. The euro support was not available all weekend (at least not for me or on the new chat option).
In the past whenever there was a long stretch of time no one replied from the euro support did i always email regular inetbet support and they said they pass the message on. Not this time. They did not answer me as to if the euro support is even available at all this weekend (so one knows at least where one stands instead of waiting for a reply) So we will see.

They are the only RTG casino I play with, and they can be great, real great, if you reach a nice rep or if they reply at all but it is sometimes very very hard to understand why they dont bother to reply to emails to a paying customer.

I think you are being unfair now. You requested a withdrawal on Friday night which was paid on Saturday morning, and then you went on to request another withdrawal on Saturday which I personally emailed you earlier to explain would be paid Monday morning.

Dear Tom,
if you emailed me then I apologize. But no email ever reached me at all I am afraid.
I checked my cashier. I had a small withdrawal I submitted Friday evening and it was processed Saturday evening. The larger withdrawal I submitted Saturday afternoon and is still pending. As said did I not receive an email at all from you or anyone from support.
