I'm trying to send an email to Inet but it keeps getting returned (Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently). I thought maybe it was my email provider, but I have tried sending it via my google, hotmail and regular email accounts and all have returned them as undeliverable. Just curious if anybody else is experiencing this problem or just me?

Again, it sure would be nice if Inet had another means of contact besides email.:(

If you can paste the error message in a reply, that'd be awesome. I can let you know right away what the problem is, and whether it's on your end, your internet provider, or inetbet themselves...:)

and for inetbet:

 Again, inetbet, inquiring minds want to know why you refuse to offer live chat. This feature has been asked time and time again from many, many players, but yet you won't listen to what your players have to say. If you're reading the other threads about this same issue, you'll see that there are a number of people that refuse to play at your casino for this sole reason.

And yes, I'm calling you out, simply because of the fact that you guys refuse to even acknowledge that there's a problem, let alone answer the question of why inetbet won't offer live chat. Or better yet, how about an explanation as to why you won't listen to what players have to say, and actually implement a feature that it seems a good portion of your players want?

And from my hotmail account:
This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification. Delivery to the following recipients failed. support@inetbet.com

I have tried sending the message from my gmail and hotmail accounts, and my regular internet provider email and each time it has been returned. I also sent the message to manager@inetbet.com and support@inetbet.com. Does this help any?

What are the hotmail error? And your ISP's error? :)

The hotmail error just comes back as:
This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification. Delivery to the following recipients failed. support@inetbet.com

I have already deleted the notification from my regular email account so I can't tell you what it said.

I just made another attempt to email them from my regular email and it went through fine, so maybe the problem has been corrected?

I then tried resending the original email from my gmail account and again, it was returned. I have sent other emails from my gmail account during this time, and they have went through fine. Not sure what's going on now.

It's on their end, there's nothing you can do about it. I've been using gmail just fine recently. Nothing's bounced for me...

Thanks for taking the time to try and help me out with this :).

I have managed to get my original email off to Inet through my regular ISP, and I have let them know about the emails being returned for the last 3 hours. I was really hoping it was a problem on my end, seeing how email is the only way to contact Inet...I didn't want to think about how many other people might be affected if it was problem on Inet's end:eek:.

P.S. Just received a reply from Inet, and support says they are having some mail issues at this time...Live chat or telephone support sure would be nice at a time like this.

Inetbet has got to address this live chat thing especially when they are increasingly unable to deal with player issues promptly relayed to them via email.

I do love inetbet, it is one of the few RTG´s I play at, anad usually i do not mind them not having a livechat since I hardly ever have problems BUT when and if i do I do want the problems issued live, and not have to email and wait a few hours for a reply,so i live chat is something they really should look into. all other have it so why not them?
