The winning screen shots in this section are mightily impressive! I struggle to believe they are all genuine due to the quantity of monster hits by Meister & Robwin but if they are WOW!
Most of the win are Video Poker. I only occasionally dabble at this, and would break open the champagne if I even managed to hit a full-house!

But has anyone got any nice Caribbean Stud winners?
If Id known how to take screenshots at the time, I would show you the 2 frustrating near misses I had last year:-
(Note: I only play very small stakes, and rarely play the bonus coin)

Early in July I was playing stud in William Hill when I got dealt something I have NEVER seen before - 3 4 5 6 7 of hearts - a straight flush! My ante was only 1, but luckily for me the dealer had a pair of queens, meaning I won 100 (50/1). But, IF ONLY I had played the bonus I would have won... 15,000!!! ...several choice words came to mind!
About a week later I was playing Littlewoods, and my jaw quite literally hit the floor when I got dealt 2 3 4 5 6 of Diamonds!! Unfortunately this time the dealer didn't have a qualifying hand & I won the princely sum of just 1! :( Several more words came to mind...! (At least they didn't have a bonus feature, so I didn't have to say 'if only' again!).
The odds of getting a straight flush in this game is 1 in 72,193. Having not seen one in 4-years of (near daily) gambling, I hit it twice in a week! I hope that's not all my good luck used up...!
Im still waiting..

So - any nice Stud screenshots anyone?

Wow! Nice hits  On the bright side, if you'd been playing the bonus every time, you'd have proably lost more than the 15k before and since.

The "qualifying" hand thing is a reason i rarely play the tables - the frustration would be too much and you can guarantee the day a Royal came up what would happen! By my calcualtions the QH would hit about 45% of the time so you're odds of winning off an SF deal are probably twice what you quote effectively.

I actually got 4 of a kind on this game once, before it was progressive so there was no bonus bet option. Of course the dealer didn't qualify and I was so pissed I didn't take a screen shot (and luckily didn't take a shot at the screen either, though I wanted to!).

I'm fortunate to have got 4 OAK twice at MG casinos. Both times dealer qualified, once with a flush! Unfortunately I never took a screenshot of them. I do like the payout for the rarer hands at MG casinos because they pay much more, 99-1 instead of 20-1 for 4OAK. On the downside, they ony pay 1-1 for two pairs so you need to hit the big hands.

Too right! One of the first thing's I noticed when first playing a MicroCrap casino was this ludicrous 1/1 payout for 2 pairs. This is a blatant rip-off!! Yeah OK, the bigger hands pay more, but getting one is very unlikely, and chances are the dealer wont qual anyway! :(
Apart from all this - I still think all MG software is dodgy anyway - I've had far too many runs of ridiculous dealer hands at Stud & Blackjack to ever fully trust them again. I'm sure the house edge is set higher than other software's.
But WTG on geting qual on both your 4AOK's! :notworthy

PS: I'm still waiting for some screenshots....

MG Carribean Stud Poker actually has a lower house edge compared to the standard pay table. The variance is much higher and you're right about needing the dealer to qualify for those big hands. I can imagine how annoyed i would be to wait for ages to be dealt a good hand and for the dealer not qualify....or you could just not play the game.

I remember 32red used to have a happy hour type promotion and would promise to pay you for the Royal Flush in Stud Poker even if the dealer didn't qualify. Of course, the difficult part is to hit the Royal Flush first :p

More like 650,000 to 1. It has to be a pat royal, you can't discard and draw new cards.

Ooops, you're right. I'm always thinking in VP mode. But what's an order of magnitude or so between friends? :D

I took these during a 2 day session earlier in the year, when I had a balance that I knew Jackpot City would not cash out, but they would cash out progressives.
In case I needed to prove the resulting balance was made up of progs I screencapped more thoroughly than usual.

I didn't get any 4OAKs in that session though I have had them and they are very sweet. But I was still pretty happy with six good prog wins in such a short period.

nice wins but you repeated the 8KK88 full house.

some 6 years or so ago I played at partycasino where I had some USD in the account but this time only playing the caribbean stud poker in play money mode. During this session I received quad queens. So I told a friend about it and she said you should play for real money now! Instead of taking her advice, I went to play for just playmoney and then I get dealt a straight flush . I think it was a jack high straight flush I took a screen shot of it and later deleted it along with some other screen shots that I had collected. The win would have been just under 10K USD. Since then I haven't played it in playmoney mode.

more CSP stories:
heard this story from another player about a female player at a B&M casino, she was NOT playing with the additional jackpot bet ($1). She gets dealt a royal flush, and the dealer didn't qualify. Not only does she not get the 100K or whatever the jackpot(for not betting the $1 jackpot bet) was up to but also didn't get the 250xBet(up to a maximum payout displayed on table sign) had dealer qualified.

Player I talked to while playing CSP at a B&M casino said that at another casino that he played at he left his seat and the player that sat down was dealt a royal flush.

While playing CSP at B&M there were a few Dealer did not qualify hands and dealer then says that a guy had played there recently and bet $500 max bet and won 10 hands in a row cause dealer didn't qualify. He bet blind on each hand. 5000$ win minus the 10$ spent on jackpot bets, $4990 profit then walked off.

A lucky player was dealt two full houses in consecutive hands at another table, the people at the other table were making a big deal out of it. Not something you see everyday.

No offense:

Thank you for bringing up a 10 year old thread. Maybe a new record:):D LOL

OMG. I don't know how that happened.

For some reason I saw Kasinoking's thread in the menu and thought it had been started September 2014, not 2004!!

It is the craziest game to play in a B&M. The way the cards are dealt to the players (ie you get all your cards then the next guy gets his cards) is unique and almost guarantees flashpoints and drama.
When I was playing it fairly regularly in the Gala something notable seemed to happen almost every night.
An example springs to mind.

I sat down in the centre seat. There was only one other guy at the table in the last seat. I immediately got dealt a full house. The croupier (who I knew well) laughed, and being a bit showy I immediately stopped playing after that one hand, ordered a nice sandwich and beer with my winnings.

All the way through my eating the food, the guy in the last seat was staring at me and quietly saying to me. 'well done', 'You deserved that' etc. In a kind of trance.
Later on that night at another table, the same dealer told me that that guy had lost hundreds, had a terrible run, and that by sitting down I robbed him of what would have been the first decent hand he'd had all night.

Yes, I used to play quite a bit of stud, but at Crown Perth B&M casino. Really enjoyed it, but found it too frustrating as to - exactly as has happened to you - when you hit a huge hand and the dealer doesn't qualify. At Crown they hace a massive ($500,000+ from memory) Jackpot if you are dealt a royal flush straight up, and you win 10% of that jackpot if you are dealt a straight flush straight up. I would be gutted any of those hands were dealt and the dealer didn't qualify (although I may stand corrected as can someone clarify if you have a bonus wager down, do you win the jackpot regardless if the dealer qualify's or not?) and yeah, due to the aforementioned raw negative emotion I got from that, I stopped playing. Maybe I'll have little flurry next time I'm at GUTS just for old times sake as never have played stud online before.
