Every other day I get these e-mails I won 15 dollars and didn't win squat. I believe they are rogued. I didn't see them on the rogue list either, which does not mean anything. I reported them for abuse when I unsubscribed with them. Hope they get the hint and stop spamming people with this foolishness.
